The service rep was excellent and based on past

The service rep was excellent and based on past experiences, I assume the maintenance work was done correctly and with skill. My only slight annoyance is that this is now the third questionnaire I’ve been asked to complete. Hence my score of a 4 instead of the 5 that the rep and technician deserve.

Parts department personnel sold me parts that I don't

Parts department personnel sold me parts that I don't need and told me the parts have been discontinued for my 2022 Toyota Sienna, but when I called another Toyota dealership, the parts I needed were still available. Why would you do this to the clients?!?!?!? Just to make commission?!?!?!?!

The maintenance representative was very helpful, I was

The maintenance representative was very helpful, I was told when I originally purchased the car and paid for the extended warranty that it would cover everything, well a part of the car was damaged and I was told it wasnt covered, this isnt the first time this has happen and it makes it hard to trust toyota as a manufacture and to be honest has gotten bad enough that I am starting to look for other vehicle brands that provide better warranties and stand behind them.

On Saturday April 26 we had an appointment for service on

On Saturday April 26 we had an appointment for service on my Sienna at 9:15am and the service wasn’t even started till after 1pm. Then the passenger seat was all the way flat as if someone was just laying there and oil stains on the door panels. Really disappointed in the service the last 2 times we’ve been there, really considering going elsewhere for service. You guys need to stop over booking.
