dont waste your time at this dealership! cars are overpriced and the sales guy was arrogant and did not listen to anything we said! will not be back. we would rather drive across town to do business.

I had not been in a new car showroom for many many years. The only thing I really remember is that I hated all the lies, low-balling and nonsense that came out of every salesman I talked to. That was more than 20 years ago. I was quite surprised when we went into Keith Pierson Toyota. Every person I saw said hello to us and treated us like we were very welcome. I was especially pleased to meet Darryl Carter Sr. who found out what we were looking for and answered all our questions about the Toyota Rav4. The main thing I wanted to know was what the bottom line was. When I left that day I was sure within an acceptable figure for which I was prepared to spend. My wife and I have been married for 43 years and had never bought a new car. This was a new experience for us which was make complete by Darryl and will be remembered for a long time. If we ever buy another new car, you can be sure that our first and probably only stop will be to see Darryl at Keith Pearson. I plan for this Toyota to last many years--probably the rest of my life. After All, it does have a lifetime warranty

I'm old enough to have had a number of car buying experiences. This one was the best! Our salesman, Eddy, knew every detail about the car, was professional and sincere. We are pleased with the negotiated price and the classy manner in which the negotiations were handled. The location of the dealership was not close, but we found it worth the inconvenience.
