I would like to get this oppurtunity to thank Mike my advisor and Honda of Superstition Springs for handling my car xxxxxxappropriately. The low tire pressure warning sign showed up 3x on my screen for 3 weeks time, despite having it checked to other service center, but then when I had it service yesterday aug 12, 2025 to honda, mike knew right away theres a bigger problem after initial inspection. Then after it was thoroughly checked its not only the air, theres a nail sticking on my tire. It was smoothiy fixed by the service. Mike intelligence, always going for an extra mile and customer service was superb. Ill diffenitely go back for further service in the future👏🏻👏🏻

I bought a 2024 Honda Pilot October 2023.
I bought a 2024 Honda Pilot October 2023. After I got the vehicle few months pass and we started encountering issues with the entertainment system. Apple car play, keyless entry delays, etc. I have brought the Pilot multiple times and despite the issues I showed the service advisor, apparently the Tech couldn’t duplicate my issues. Then the advisor proceeded to get me a loaner and kept the vehicle for almost two weeks, when I picked up the Pilot because the Tech apparently was not able to duplicate the issues, then the advisor gave me a newer cable stating that some systems will not be compatible with some phones or cables etc. I gave it a try, couple days after I picked up the Pilot, the same issues started to happen. Apple CarPlay delays, then yesterday the connectivity got worse. My pilot just broke 10k miles when I dropped it off. I sent multiple messages to advisor to when I can bring it as far as they have a loaner like the last time and I have not gotten any response from anyone, I have called and left VMs to the Service Director and not even a courtesy call back or email. All we want is for our New vehicle to work properly and looks like we are being ignored.

For the BEST service and care, please ask for Dakota! He is a veteran in the business, yet very humble, kind and willing to give you the best service for your vehicle with ultimate transparency. Also if you need to utilize Honda’s shuttle service, Mike will take good care of you. For reference, I brought in my 2015 Honda Fit in for a A/C flush & charge along with an oil change. Thank you Dakota, I am now a devoted Honda at Superstition Springs customer once again!

UNREAL experience. Loved this dealership over Honda of Chandler! Mike Marks in car repair and Jahir were amazing!!! Not only were they making us laugh, but they found the problem immediately and took care of it within 30-45 min. Excellent experience… they are like a family out there! I expected $200-$1500 repair and walked out with paying $90 and waiting 45 min, instead of waiting a couple days!!! Unheard of! Thank you Mike and Jahir! Excellent customer service!!

I would like to take this opportunity to say "thank you" for amazing service from Honda Superstition Springs Service Department. Last Monday 6/9/25 about this time, noon, I had a very unfortunate incident happen. I dropped by Honda service department to show them the situation. They, David Munoz service advisor, said to come back in the morning. Tuesday 6/10/25 Tommy Durante service director, got involved and assured me the problem would be taken care of, but the parts required were on "back order". Somehow, someway on Thursday 6/12/25 I received a call to bring in my vehicle for repair and pick up a "loaner", the next day Friday 6/13/25. The "loaner" happened to be a new 2025 Ridgeline (mine is a 2023 Ridgeline)! Then, now Monday 6/16/25 the call from Honda is to pick up my repaired vehicle. It's 10:30am, less than a week, less than a complete work day, and somehow and someway the exploded sunroof is an incident from the past!!! Thank you, thank you Tommy Durante ! ! ! The recall on the truck was also taken care of!

Fantastic service from Honda of Superstition Springs and service Anthony Sanchez. Needed oil change & tire rotation, during rotation work technician found lug nut stripped by another dealership. Anthony immediately put together the necessary team to correctly repair my Ridgeline. Fantastic work by Anthony & the Honda of Superstition Springs team. The only Honda dealer I now trust in the east valley & I highly recommend Anthony Sanchez and the service team
