    SOME CUSTOMERS ARE RIDICULOUS! This time I am that customer and everyone at Honda of Superstition stepped up. No matter how small the item I made it a... big deal and felt valued at each complaint. I have been shopping for a couple of months and final came down to the Accord and Camry. Which hands down the Accord felt more updated versus an out dated Camry. Not to mention, the sales staff at Honda where so much more professional. There was no high pressure sales going on and we felt like they valued our business. I do not want to go through all of the small things I complained about but will tell you there was no hesitation to make it right. My salesman was Mike Lacey, sales manager who also reached out was David Hernandez and in service I worked with Rollis. If this team could put up with my constant back and forth as well as dropping off the vehicle and having to get a rental. I also complained about getting a rental versus a courtesy vehicle and my go to service rep Joseph Hurtado explained the new vehicles used for courtesy vehicles were being returned damages such as rims being scraped by curbs, door dings and additional damages but did not confirm this was why they discontinued the courtesy vehicles. He offered to get the service manager to confirm exactly why I had to get a rental but I declined because that made sense enough. All I know is I live closer to San Tan Honda and for some reason Honda of Superstition has always won my business since 2008. This is our 5th Honda. Sales and service have always treated us as valued customers but again, as reviews go, I still shop their business each time and they continue to step up! Thank you Honda of Superstition!

    I recently purchase my 2nd car from Superstition Honda, and being I was treated fair and honest on my first purchase, I knew that I was going to be treated... the same way the 2nd time. Which to my suprise I was even treated better. Every person in the dealership was very helpful, and treated me with respect. These people truely make car buying easy. I purchased the car I wanted and the price that I wanted. At NO time did I feel like I was being tricked or lead down a different pathway. In my life time I have purchased over 10 new cars for friends and family, and I can now say that I now have only ONE dealership that I will ever purchase a car from.

    Had a dent in our new 2019 Odyssey rear passenger side (from inside of panel), which was hard to see straight on. Tommy Durante (Service Director) helped... us with the Honda Regional Rep. and Honda had it repaired. Tommy was very helpful is see the job though.

    Went to Honda for a service part I had ordered and ended up with a flat tire in the parking lot without the correct key to detach it. After explaining... the situation to several different Honda employees, Fred Haydock was the only individual willing to lend a helping hand. He went out of his way to call someone to help out, and ultimately led us to a nearby auto store with exactly what we needed. Throughout the whole process he was very helpful and we couldn't have made it out without him! Best dealer ever! Thank you Fred!
