Went to look at, and purchase, a vehicle that was advertised as certified used. Vehicle was a lease return and had damage to the rear that was repaired poorly to say the least. I informed the salespeople that we were in the market and had already test drove the same model with less mileage at a different location. "We'll beat the price and fix the issue with it." An hour later sitting inside we were quoted a higher price with multiple add-ons, that we were not interested in. So she runs off again and someone else comes over to "explain' it all to us. We discuss tint and doc fees and I'm told that it's a standard fee and ALL dealerships charge at least $599 and sometimes higher. Incorrect I let them know as it's not "standard" and I've been to other dealerships that charge $198 for the same fees and had been at one the week prior. We agree to a price and he has me sign the offer sheet. "That was easy, wasn't it?" was the comment before they walk off. We shake hands and they go off once again. The sales department or manager or Oz or whomever makes the decision said they won't honor the price and show us a price for almost $2,000 more. I'm sure it's all legal what they do and it's not a binding offer, but what a joke and a waste of my time.

Do Not Go to this dealership

What a night mare!!!!!! I DO NOT recommend this dealership. They don't know what they are doing. They are rude and disrespectful . Salesman got in our face because we told him we would not recommend them and thought the experience was awful. Played games and trying to sell me a car I didn't want. the vins were different I could go on all day.............I'm regretting I bought the car there I wished I had purchased elsewhere. My friends and I were totally disrespected. Shame on you!

Honda Superstition Springs where I purchased my car in

Honda Superstition Springs where I purchased my car in 2018 used to be excellent. I have all my servicing there as well. I went in last week with an appointment to have something that’s been recalled fixed. The person I was assigned to Gabbie, wasn’t there, they paged her twice then actually went in the back to get her, when she finally came to her work space, she rolled her eyes & asked why I was there, I showed her the paper for the recall, snatched it out of my hand & said it will take 3-4 hrs. I left & will go to Chandler for any further servicing, my next car (2-5yrs) will be a Toyota.

I would not recommend Honda of Superstition Spring

My wife and I were very interested in purchasing used vehicle. The salesperson told us that we could finance through them and that at 1 p.m. we could stop by the dealership. I told the salesman that I preferred using our bank. We were approved, sent the salesperson the Dealer Funding Request and was then told the vehicle was not going to be ready until the following day in the evening. We were told it needed to be checked for maintenance. This was not presented to us when the dealer wanted us to use their financing. Now all of a sudden, the vehicle would not be ready. The next day, the salesperson again told us the vehicle was not going to be ready until the next day in the evening. We had asked why we were not informed of this "maintenance" at the very beginning of this process. Over the phone, the sales person told me, "It is what is". Also, when we sent the Dealer Funding Request from our bank to the sales person, he told us he had never seen it and the dealership was going to charge us $1000 to hold the vehicle so that it would not be sold, but I told the sales person that I had already sent the Dealer Funding Request proving that we were going to buy the car and that our banked funded the note. The lack of honesty made us walk away from this deal. I would NOT recommend this Honda of Superstition Springs dealership.

Review EVERYTHING cause they will try to scam you!

Review EVERYTHING cause they will try to scam you! A week ago I purchased a Vehicle from this dealership and waited until my anger from the experience had subsided before I wrote this review. The experience went from bad, to great, to nightmarish over the week after finding the car I wanted. They literally tried to scam me out of an extra $990 that I only caught after reviewing the final loan document. When I first found the car I wanted, they confirmed the vehicle was available for test drive and I made the 30 minute drive out to see the car. Upon arrival the salesman John had us wait inside til he could retrieve the car. 45 minutes later, they finally informed us that the vehicle was borrowed by an employee and infact NOT at the dealership. We left very disappointed. The following weekend I saw the price on the vehicle had dropped significantly, so I reached out again and they insisted they had the vehicle this time. So we drove AGAIN 30 minutes (with no AC) to see the SUV. They allowed us to check out the vehicle and even test drive it without any salesman interference. They didn't try to add on any accessory sales and negotiating a fair price went smoothly. They agreed on $29000 for 72mo @ 6.99% for $486/mon and we were handed off to the finance department. This is where the dealers true colors showed up. The finance guy (I believe also a John) was kind and quickly ran through the paperwork (it was past their closing time.) Everything seemed great until the actual loan document. It showed the same monthly payment of $486... but it was for 75 months @ 6.8% and for $29990. I brought it to John's attention regarding the extra $990 and he started making excuses and said "what's a thousand dollars? I trust you" and printed out the new document. The problem is he didn't just adjust the total, but he also changed the term AND the APR. It wasn't some accident or miscalculation, he purposefully fudged the numbers to get the same monthly payment because that's what they want you to focus on. Thanks for further destroying any hope I had of finding a genuine dealership that operates as an upstanding business as opposed to some organized criminal enterprise.
