CONT: Paul again give our first experience with him.

CONT: Paul again give our first experience with him. When Paul gets on the phone, he starts asking me questions like “what are we even doing here” and “we don’t even have an approval” to which I answered him saying “I thought Honda gave us a 100% loan to value call, which is an approval is it not?”. I tried to talk about how I was feeling during the experience of buying the car and I was repeatedly cut off by Paul on the phone as he continuously tried to talk over me, again, extremely rude. I asked him what car we were discussing because the numbers weren’t adding up, and he said the CR-V. Now remember I texted Nolan 10 hours ago at this point with a new stock number for an HR-V. I then asked Paul the same question he asked me “what are we doing here Paul.. we aren’t even talking about the same vehicle so what have you guys done if you don’t have the numbers worked up on the HR-V”. Paul responded with “it doesn’t matter what car we switch to the call is the call and we can’t make it work.” However, we had previously received an approval from Honda financial so how could he tell us “we can’t make it work”. I then asked Paul if he would be able to call Honda again to see if there was anything additional they could do since we were trying to avoid another hit on my credit report by going to a different dealership. His response at that point was simply “no”. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless you want to be talked down to and experience the rudest group of finance people and a team who is unwilling to help. On Thursday, the day after, I then went to AutoNation Honda in Chandler and they were extremely helpful, so helpful that I am writing this review in my brand-new HR-V! I did not have to come up with 11k cash down, they don’t include the unnecessary protection plan on their vehicles, and I have a better monthly payment than I could have ever imagined! Thank you, AutoNation, and as a PSA to anyone wanting to buy a new Honda stay far away from Honda of Superstition Springs and take the 20-minute drive South to AutoNation at 1150 S. Gilbert Rd. Chandler 85286 and ask for Corey or Abel!

Dakota was my angel!

Dakota was my angel! I worked with Dakota and I could not say enough great things about him! I had just come from Northern Arizona , where I live, and I pulled into the service bay without an appointment. My car couldn’t go any further and died. I was mid panic and trying not to cry but Dakota took his break time to help me. I knew he was busy, but he genuinely wanted to make sure I was safe and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. I being a woman, was so nervous to be far from home, alone and completely stranded. I was so glad he was the one to help me. He helped me get into a rental car and stay safe. He was so kind the entire time Honda had my car. He kept me well informed of what was going on, answered my millions of questions and phone calls, and took the time to make me feel human and not like I was a number. I have never experienced such insanely kind customer service from a dealership. I will shout his good name and praises to everyone who asks. My circumstances weren’t great but Dakota helped me feel taken care of and not taken advantage of. He is 100000000 % a blessing to Honda! Thank you times infinity to Dakota and team!

I have been going to this Honda dealership for 7 years

I have been going to this Honda dealership for 7 years and in my experience has always been top tier. After my first service advisor parted from Honda I wasn’t to open to the idea of having a new service advisor. For 4 years now I have experienced service with Jason Kobayashi and the guy never disappoints. The professionalism and attention to detail when deciphering my vehicle needs are always met along with taking the time to circle back on comments I may have made during my last visit. Jason is very personable and very customer focused. Jason provides guidance on vehicle necessities where he takes the time to break down in detail and expands on terminology for me as I don’t know much about vehicles. Highly recommend requesting for Jason as he is truly going to look out for you.

I was impressed by this dealership to start.

I was impressed by this dealership to start. I got my car there and was super excited because they seemed great to work with. I got a used car with small amount of miles on it. After two days of bringing it home it had issues. I then brought it in almost six more times where they stated that it was minor issues. After my certified warranty expired two months after buying the vehicle my transmission completely went out. The dealership would do nothing to repair it or fix it even though they knew this was happening all along. I advocated and tried my best but even only having the car for THREE months they refused to fix it. This place does not stand behind their vehicles. I would not recommend to go get service done OR buy a car even if it’s claimed as certified.
