Outstanding service today - even on a Saturday!

Outstanding service today - even on a Saturday! Dead battery under Honda's full replacement program that Dakota sold me on a couple years ago! Happy I listened to him! Today, Mike checked us in - so polite and ended up replacing the battery himself! Mike is the kind of person every employer dreams of having! Thanks, Mike for your up-beat customer service! They made my dream come true!

They made my dream come true! Michael and his team worked hard to ensure that I was able to walk away with the car I wanted. Michael was very calming and helped ease the “buying a car” nerves.

We purchased a car in December for our daughter and

We purchased a car in December for our daughter and appreciated the efforts of Mike to find her the right car for a new driver! When we were in the market for me a month later we were excited to contact Mike to help us again! Just got the new car today and despite manufacturing / delivery delay we received great service from Mike and the whole staff at Super Honda! Thank you!!

Really nice and helpful until after you buy a car. Then...

Really nice and helpful until after you buy a car. Then if you have any problems you can't even get a call back especially if it's a used car. First car brand new Everything was great Second car was slightly used only 8000 on it was made promises for certain things like a trunk liner and fixing a long scratch. Never happened. Never could get a call back. Just let it go as a fluc. My car was almost paid off and I was in a accident that was not my fault. They said we'll get you in a car today and wait for payout. So they come pick me up and I buy 2018 Accord. I noticed the brakes were not right on the test drive they said brake dust we cleaned them. The brakes are still not right. They said we'll fix the small cracks in the windshield hasn't happened. There was no owners manual in the car and it has alot of things that I need to learn. I've called three times already and nothing not even a call back. I bought a used car for almost 30.000 thousand dollars and I can't even get a call back wow really. Just not right at all.

Mike Lacy was a great salesman. We had some circumstances that delayed us getting the brand new CRV we wanted but he made sure they held it for us until we could finalize the deal. In this market, especially when it’s hard to even find a brand new vehicle he made sure we got the one we wanted. No high pressure sales at all. Very pleasant car buying experience. Would highly recommend Honda if Superstition Springs. Finance Dept was a breeze also. Didn’t pressure us there for stuff we didn’t want or need either.
