I made an appointment for 7:40 AM and arrived at 7:15 AM — 25 minutes early. The service needed? A simple oil change. Nothing else. Three hours later, my car was finally ready. Let me be clear: there is absolutely no excuse for a scheduled oil change to take three hours. Appointments exist for a reason — to ensure your time is respected. Courtesy Nissan failed on every level. The word "courtesy" in their name is a cruel joke.

THE WORST FINANCE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND THE STORE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE ON 2/19 AND THEY DIDNT PROCESS MY LOAN UNTIL 3/9 NEVER TOLD ME WHAT WAS GOING ON. AND TO TOP IT OFF 2 OF MY PAYMENTS FROM THE TRADE IN WERE TAKEN OUT MY ACCOUNT. I GET IT WILL GET REIMBURSE BUT IT SHOULDNT EVEN GOT TO THIS POINT. IM NOT THE TYPE TO DO REVIEW BUT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS REALLY BAD AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAN!

Courtesy Nissan has been our dealership of choice for over 10 years during which we’ve purchased more than 5 vehicles. We are always treated with friendly respect before, during and after the sale. We also use the Courtesy Nissan’s service department for both repairs and maintenance since we find both to be very competitive and extremely competent.

I very much enjoyed my experience with my salesman. I cannot remember his name but he was very knowledgeable and helped the process. My only issue with the company has been the payoff of my Mazda, it’s been almost a month since I sold the car and the payoff is still not received. I continue to receive invoice payments from a car I no longer have. Salesman are great here but the finance department is terrible.
