I bought a Nissan Rogue Platinum 2025 2 weeks ago , it was run greatly on the road trip from FL to MA and backed , I liked the Car’s features very much , and I don’t forget to say thank you very much to Mark second sale’s general manager and also thank you to salesman Carlos Rodriguez , they were great team and we were very happy , also thanks to Courtesy Nissan Dealer for everythings those finance’s offers , Courtesy Nissan dealer also very easy to sealed with and they the best 👍👍👍

It seems to me that when you go to a store to buy a
It seems to me that when you go to a store to buy a vehicle, you know that the process of acquiring it takes time, and even more so when you're going to buy it on finance. But waiting 8 hours seems like an exaggeration to me, and it's not like they were going to give it to me for free or at half price. Rather, they deceived me, offering me a longer time to start making payments. Then they contacted me, believing they wanted to rectify their previous mistake. Well, no. It turns out that what they had offered me at the time of purchase, according to them, the bank wasn't approving. How do they give you a vehicle without the bank approving the financing? The purchase of my last vehicle has truly been very frustrating. I would give the salesperson 5 stars. Eddy, who sold me the vehicle, was very patient in showing me the vehicles and helped me decide on which vehicle to buy. The frustrating part was and is with the financiers. I'm completely disappointed because this isn't the first time I've purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Tampa, and I'm outraged by the poor treatment I've received. I hope these reviews improve and find a way to speed up the financing process. They don't use deception as a sales pitch, but rather, they show honesty and transparency, just as I've known them before.

Then, they reverse everything they had told you from the beginning to convince you and sell you the vehicle. It turned out to be a complete scam. I'm completely disenchanted and have no desire to return to Nissan of Tampa.
