Damaged my vehicle
Brought my car in for warranty work (braking radar) and scrape marks on my front bumper...covered up with cheesy paint job with (probably) can of spray paint and refused to repair; said car was brought to them damaged...lying crooks once car sold to you...stay far away; if you want a Nissan go somewhere else

I don't recommend this dealer
I was there last week and I don't recieved a good service, they lied me, I got a new car and one week after they called me for cancel the deal, they never told me that could happen, I don't recommend this dealer to anyone, they liar to the customer, they aren't clearly

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE
I want to start off with the fact that I purchased my 2017 Nissan Maxima from Courtesy Nissan on December 30, 2017. Javier Ruiz was my salesman and was a pleasure to work with. I felt he did a good job selling me the car and he took his time to explain everything. I felt that I was in such good hands with Courtesy Nissan that when it was time for my wife to get a new car, I knew that Courtesy Nissan was the place to go. Since Javier Ruiz was not there, Oscar Sanchez was the salesman who assisted me. On September 9, 2018 my wife walked away with a 2018 Nissan Sentra. Karim Hamdar was the finance manager who assisted us with the financing of the car, and Jose M. Rodriguez was the sales manager that was able to explain everything to us. I must say, we received excellent service from the staff mentioned above. Fast forward to seven months later, there has been nothing but problems with the 2018 Nissan Sentra. I went in to Courtesy Nissan April 8, 2019 because the Sentra’s brakes sensor was automatically turning on without anyone being in front of the car. The car wouldn’t turn on when I would press on the brakes either. Jose Bonilla was the one to assist me; and he gave me a loaner vehicle that had a foul odor, and did not fit my needs. He called me on April 10, 2019 requesting me to bring the loaner back because my vehicle was finished. When I went to pick up the vehicle, on my way home I STILL had the same brake issues. Not only was my issue not addressed, but it is a safety hazard for my family and I to drive in this car. I turned around the same day to bring back the car – Jose Bonilla told me not to worry and that everything was going to be alright. I didn’t hear from anybody for 2 days regarding my car. On April 12, 2019 I went to the Courtsey Nissan to see what was going on, Jose Bonilla was not even there. The service manager Joe Russek, was completely unaware of my issue which shows there is no communication between the staff. I took the car home this same day. On the Monday morning of April 15, 2019 I received a phone call from my wife, the car would not start. At 5pm that same Monday I had a tow truck bring it to the Courtesy Nissan of Tampa. I didn’t even bother to get a loaner because I didn’t want another smelly car that didn’t suit my needs. My wife had to Uber to work and anywhere else she needed to go for 5 days! This was a complete inconvenience for my family and I. On April 18, 2019, I received a phone call from Brian Marcus. He gave me a case # 35282870 and wanted to follow up with me since it took 3 times to address the issue; and I have yet to receive a solution. Brian asked me if everything was ok, and I repeatedly told him that nobody has reached out to me regarding my issue. He told me he would call me back and he was going to get in contact with the dealer. Brian was able to get in contact with Jose Bonilla, and was told that Jose called me which was a lie. Later on that day Jose called me and told me my car was ready. On April 19, 2019, I went in to pick up the 2018 Nissan Sentra, and I seriously hope that the following issues do not occur again: 1. The car not starting 2. The car braking on its on 3. The car’s sensor turning on and causing the car to brake without any car being in front of the vehicle Being that I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Courtsey Nissan of Tampa, and have referred friends and family to the dealership, I feel it was a HUGE MISTAKE. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else. Do not waste your hard earned money on a car that a salesman just wants to make a quick sale off of, and does not care about the client’s needs after the car deal is made. This is a ridiculous way of running a dealership, and quite frankly I wouldn’t even come back for service even if it were FREE. The service department is a COMPLETE JOKE; no follow up, they tell you they “fixed” the problem but it’s never fixed!

I had an appointment scheduled for oil change and while waiting Terry approached to me. In fact, he was looking for someone else. But it was a blessing that we met instead. I listened to him and he listened to my financial needs. He was upfront and honest and I told him what I was looking in order to exchange my car. To be honest, it was one of the best experience I’ve ever had at this dealer! I highly recommend Terry Phillips and Courtesy Nissan of Tampa. Thank you very much Terry!!

We drove to Tampa from the other coast because we got excellent service and a good deal. We leased our second Nissan Rouge. The dealer has a great amount of cars to choose from and we found a good one. Thanks Ben for everything.

Great Car Buying Experience
Red was extremely helpful and patient. I spotted the car I wanted online and heard back from Red within minutes from my inquiry at about 1pm that day. I could not get there to test drive the car until 8:30pm the same day, and when I got there the car was ready and waiting for my test drive. By 9:30pm that same day I was walking out with all paperwork signed and accounted for. Even though Red had to stay past closing he never made me feel rushed in any way. he kept the car to complete some finishing touches I requested and when I showed up Sat. morning my new car looked great. I have purposely waited almost a month to write this review, skeptic that I am, but my new car is still running great, and Red has even contacted me in the meantime to make sure all was going well. Good people, and great car buying experience, and that is from a very skeptical car buyer!!!
