We have been using Mercedes Benz of Cary for 5 years to perform service on our used ML 350 that we bought from there. Excellent experience there. My wife and I have been talking about getting a new SUV for a couple of years and finally decided to buy a 2017 GLE 350. We had very specific requirements when we came in to talk to Brent Mikell. There were none in the system with our color so we had to order one. Brent was extremely helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. When the car came and I saw my wife's reaction when she first saw it, the wait was worth it. Thank you Brent for your patience in helping us through the process. Excellent experience buying a new car with David Burr and Cherie Braun. Couldn't have made the process easier. Paper work took 10 minutes and car was parked outside ready to go, sparkling clean and full of gas.

Stan Muecke was very helpful. I wanted all of the safety features possible, we went over the list together, he found just the right car for me and I am very happy with my new car! The whole experience was excellent.

This was the best car buying experience to date, the first time we stopped by the dealer looking through the car lot David Burr came over and greeted us. He introduced himself and didn't pressure us to sit down with him and discuss a deal, he gave us his name card and told us where we would be able to find the model that we were looking for and let us walk around at our own pace and if we had any questions to feel free to call him. We stopped by again a few days later for a test drive, he patiently explained to us the vehicle functions without being hurried around. Once we decided which model and options we wanted we proceeded to place our order, during this whole testing/buying experience we didn't feel pressured at all which was really great. Can't say enough good things about David and the dealership, would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to buy a MB.
