Easy experience

Friendly, helpful service. Good selection. Comfortable show room. Convenient location. I have had an Acura for a long time now so I know how superior the service department is.

Friendly, Easy, Fast, & Good Service!!

The team at Acura of Columbus was exceptional from my Salesman, (Brittany) to the management. They made sure the entire process was seamless & smooth. I will DEFINITELY be purchasing again!!!

Amazing Customer Service

The customer service was amazing, we were greeted before we entered the front doors. Everyone went over and beyond to make use feel at home. Brittany, was the salesperson I was working with, she remembered me front the many text messages we share over the pass few weeks. Thou, the car I was initially looking at was sold, Brittany quickly reassess her inventory to find another vehicle that would fit my needs. In the end, that vehicle ended up not being the one for me. But, With the added help of Shawn and Joseph, I purchased a 2019 Acura Tech Package. Every salesperson I came into contact with, took the time to listen to all my concerns and needs. I never felt anxiety or pressure to purchase a vehicle. The process was stress free and painless from beging to the end. Shawn the sales manager went out his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even had my vehicle delivered to my home. Thanks, everyone for such an awesome experience and for making me feel like family.

Excellent Leasing Experience

When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment to discuss turning in my leased Acura and getting a new one, I was greeted by Steve Jones. He made the experience easy and comfortable and could not have been more helpful explaining the lease agreement to me and making sure that I understood all the features and technology on the new car. I left that day with a new lease agreement and new Acura. He has called since to be sure that I was enjoying the car and to offer to answer any questions I might have or to help me in any way he could. Excellent experience.

They were SO easy to do business with!

John & Joe were fantastic. I had recently totaled my previous car and did not have a lot of time to shop around for my new one. They made it so easy to lease my new MDX. No hassle and no runaround.

Recall

Was in on a recall for my vehicle . Customer service experience was excellent. Mi had an in edit experience driving the loaner vehicle offered during service.

Warranty and recall work

No comment. I prefer not to make any comments other than the service I received was excellent and Sarah Beth was very nice and helpful.

Great service!

We had a great experience with no pressure. I definitely recommend to see Joe to find the best fit for your needs. He provided all our options and we drove off in our new RDX!
