It was a great experience Chad always does his best!
The salesman that sold me my car no longer is with Acura of Columbus. But the Service Department is great but I only deal with Chad he is always willing to assist the Customer as much as possible.

My second car purchase
In 2003, as a recent widow, I purchased my first car by myself. It was an Acura 2003 MDX. The entire buying process was smooth and painless! ?? I recently sold that car with 140,000 miles, knowing that I would buy another MDX from Acura of Columbus. When I visited the dealership, I found Robbie Dean, a former student of mine(3rd grade). We stayed in contact over the next few months as I was waiting to buy a new car. When I was ready, he found the car I wanted, and I was in and out quickly with my new car. I also learned that another former student is a service manager there. Small world! I feel comfortable that these two young men will continue to take care of their retired teacher!

Service of my 2013 TSX
I called Saturday morning, 10-24-15 on an impulse to see if the service department was open and if so, could they possibly service my 2013 TSX since it was close to being overdue. Chad Dees told me that they had gotten pretty busy, but if I would call back in about an hour and half, they should be caught up. I had several things to keep me busy, so it was a little over 2 hours before I called and he told me he could do it as soon as I could get there. I was there in 10 minutes and they started on my car right away. I sat in the lounge, ate some snacks and watched the football game and browsed around the showroom. They were finished in about an hour and had me on my way. It was a pleasant, relaxing wait and everyone was very friendly. Usually I have my car serviced during the week when I am working and they always furnish me a car, but it was more convenient this time to have it done on the week-end and I was really happy the service department was open. I also appreciated them taking me on short notice. :)

Buying our first Acura
My wife and I had a very enjoyable, non-pressured, and informative experience buying our first Acura. From the onset we were impressed with the sales person's (Robbie) open and detail oriented explanation of the vehicle, the test drive and the purchasing process. Working with Brad on the monetary end was painless and just as informative. We never felt cajoled to do anything, and were very pleased with the time they took to give us explanations on things we weren't clear on.

Excellent car buying experience
One of the most pleasant car buying experience ever! Never felt pressured by the salesman, sales manager, or the finance person. They let me choose what my wife and I wanted and was happy to answer any questions we had. No pushy add-ons but was asked if I wanted the extras and when I said no that was the ended of it, didn't continue to try to sell extras! That made the experience! Would recommend anyone looking for a great car to go to Acura of Columbus!

Best service person and service i had since owning my second Acura. I had own many other brands car but I love this Acura dealership. Also my second Acura we own is from same dealership and we have to drive two hours. Thank you Acura of Columbus GA
