Exceptional Service

All of the personnel I dealt with were very professional and went out of their way to be sure that I understood all the features of the models I was considering. Austin brought my new car to me which was above and beyond!

RDX Purchase

My point of contact with Acura of Columbus was Nathan Sennett. He was very professional and not at all like the sterotypical car salesman that so many people encounter when buying a car. We came to an agreement on our deal in a reasonable amount of time. The wait time for concluding the transaction was relatively speedy as well.

College Kid Service

Acura MDX

B-1 Service standard check-up. I am concerned that after check-up had incidents with Alarm not being able to turn off and doors wouldn't Unlock and Windows not roll down. New battery placed In key to see if would resolve. Testing now.

Oil change

Dropped off RDX at 8:30 with car waiting so I could go to work... RDX was ready and cleaned by 9:30. Great customer service.
