We scheduled an appointment and they took our car on time. We waited in a comfortable area, and they finished on schedule! The salesman even helped with a question I had about my navigation! Everyone was polite and courteous!

I went to the dealership to look at the MDX.

I went to the dealership to look at the MDX. I was greeted by salesman Steve. He was pushy and refused to let me test drive the vehicle unless I was going to buy it. How am I supposed to buy a vehicle without test driving it first. I will never step foot into this dealership again and they have lost my business. I will spread the word about my experience

I got to the dealer at my appointment time and was meet

I got to the dealer at my appointment time and was meet by Mr. Britt, Service Advisor. I went to the awaiting area and before I knew it, Mr Britt came and told me my car was ready. I could not believe the short time I was there. I was totally satisfied and as all of the times I have waited for the servicing of my car, Mr. Britt has always kept me informed throughout the process.
