It was a pleasure working with Robbie Dean. He helped us find the vehicle that we wanted and addressed any questions/concerns that we had. This is our second Acura and it’s the customer service and professionalism that helped bring us back to your dealership. Robbie is an asset to your company. I have always been pleased with my service appointments

I have always been pleased with my service appointments at Acura. the employees have been so kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. I love the complimentary water and car wash.

Again, a very great experience buying a vehicle.

Again, a very great experience buying a vehicle. Brought my 2022 Accura for service and saw an MDX that I really liked so talked to Robbie, the salesman that sold me the pervious car, and I left with the newer one. The absolute best salesman I’ve ever had and dealings with. Everyone that had a part in finishing the details did a fabulous job.

Greets you as soon as you drive in, explains everything that is going to be done, waiting area is good and this service appointment, which was earlier, was just over an hour which was exceptional since I drive 85 miles to reach this dealership.

The Service Department was ready to service my vehicle at

The Service Department was ready to service my vehicle at the time I had reserved. Sam, the Service Rep, was great to provide a written quote, keep me updated on the progress, and to provide recommendations for future service. I have been to Accura of Columbus several times and I will definitely return!
