Great experience getting a new 2025 Silverado RST w Caleb. Communication was great and Caleb and staff were great to work with. The new facilities are outstanding as well. All in all, wonderful experience!

Worst service center in Jacksonville hands down.
Worst service center in Jacksonville hands down. No communication, they will leave you sitting in the waiting room for hours with no update. The brakes were not even fixed after my car being there the entire day and me taking the whole day off from work. Everyone I know is being warned to avoid this place. What a joke. I?ll be doing my review on other sites and reporting this dealership to the BBB.

The vehicle was not cleaned very well upon delivery.
The vehicle was not cleaned very well upon delivery. The process was over 4 hours long even though I was early for my 1:00 appointment (the Dealership opened at 1:00 PM) and with the understanding that I was paying with a bank draft. The salesman was great but it took too long to see Finance and Insurance as they were short staffed, only 1 person on staff apparently. The Finance guy talked about the horrible experience that would come with the Service Department appointments, not really a good way to sell supplemental service packages; not really good to talk bad about your Support Team either.

Probably wouldn't come back here, but of course in 3 years, the entire team could change and have a new mission statement. I wouldn't need to bring my vehicle in for service, but if I did, I'd probably default to one closer to my home as, to me, they're all the same.

Appreciate the response but no thanks. I lease a lot of cars but it only takes one mediocre experience for me to move on to lease and/or get service from another dealership.
