The standout performance by Frank, our salesperson, Jimmy, the sales manager, and Joey, a key team member, was exemplary. From the outset, Frank impressed us with his professional yet personable approach. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made selecting and purchasing our Tahoe seamless. His expertise and customer-centric attitude were highly appreciated and significantly impacted our decision-making process. Jimmy, the sales manager, was a true professional. His leadership skills and commitment to customer satisfaction shone through in every interaction. He ensured that all aspects of the purchase were transparent and that we felt valued and informed at every turn. Adding to this fantastic team was Joey, whose contribution was instrumental in providing a smooth and enjoyable experience. I'm writing to express our deep disappointment with our recent car purchase at Coggin Chevrolet, Jacksonville. What we hoped would be a positive experience turned out to be quite the opposite due to miscommunications and confrontational behavior from your management. Our salesperson, Trestan Jewell, was exceptional, but our interactions with your management were far from satisfactory. Firstly, we were asked to sign incomplete forms and to trust that the form would be completed correctly in a few days, trust them. The sales agreement was prepared incorrectly. Joey Spanbauer, Finance Director, insisted we sign without following our Loan officer instruction. This alarmed us. Joey Spanbauer appeared irritated that he had to fix the forms. Most significantly, the general sales manager, Christos Rodis's dismissive response to our concerns left us feeling unimportant. Labelling our valid worries as "difficult" and implying that the dealership had more important deals undermined our trust. Lastly, Christos Rodis's query about a negative Google review was unsettling. His offer to take the car back, along with our money, felt more like a threat than a resolution. Customer service should be the bedrock of dealerships. Unfortunately, our experience with your dealership fell far short of expectations.

Coggin Chevrolet was the BEST!!

I have purchased many cars in my 20+ years of driving, in 3 different states, purchasing everything from Mazda's to Mercedes and this was the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. Our sales associate Omar was amazing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and suggested a different vehicle than we came in for and we LOVE it. He took the time to take us through everything with the vehicle when it was delivered and was just so incredibly nice. The finance department was great, easy to work with and overall great to work with as well. From start to finish, this was just the greatest car buying experience we have ever had. You have forever customers, and we will refer everyone to your dealership!

Very poor customer service.

I received notification that my Chevy Bolt had a recall for a seatbelt issue. I called the service department and explained the recall. The man that I spoke to made an appointment for me to bring my car in today but when I arrived it seemed that he hadn’t checked if the parts were in. They weren’t and they had no idea when they would be. Is this really how you treat customers? Apparently it is!
