I made an online appointment and printed my confirmation.

I made an online appointment and printed my confirmation. After I got there the advisor acted like checking the screen for a minute because he couldn't see my appointment and then said "you appointment just showed up, but sorry we don't have enough time or labor to do it today" really? Why they can't keep their appointments and openings updated in the system. If I knew, I would make appointment to take my car to the other Chevy dealership down the road. Is that how much they value people's time? Everyone is busy nut just the dealerships and everybody's time is valuable. What's the point of making an online appointment if it's not available when you get there

Good service preformed in a timely manner.

Good service preformed in a timely manner. Service writer was knowledgeable and conducted himself in a professional manner. My vehicle was returned in a clean condition.

Melanie is a great service advisor—very helpful and

Melanie is a great service advisor—very helpful and honest. Disappointed that the side detection sensors were not evaluated as I had requested. They are not working….after having my car at the dealership for over 7 hours, and $700+ later.
