My personal review is to recommend steering clear of this

My personal review is to recommend steering clear of this dealership start to finish. The sale was bumpy, the service appointments were dismissive, and the subsequent issues were not covered 2,000 miles after the 36,000 mile powerteain warranty because of the poor notes and lack of engagement in prior service requests. I'm beyond disappointed and will not recommend their dealership. Or be buying anymore Chevy products as a result of these continuous failures.

I was lied to and manipulated by Marquis a sales rep then

I was lied to and manipulated by Marquis a sales rep then Mike the service manager misled me about the repairs of my car. I've called Will S. several times to resolve my issue once and for. I still haven't received a call back. I was sold a car that been in a flooded and accident but was not reported to Carfax.

If working for a fair deal could be any easier, I

If working for a fair deal could be any easier, I don’t see how. Working with Chris Cook was actually a breath of fresh air. He understood my concerns and trepidations in the car buying process. He even worked a dealer trade so for me and understood my working schedule. I was in and out in about an hour. Went exactly how a car buyng process should. Only hiccup I would pay attention to would be that the F&I didn’t give me a complete copy of all sign documents, however, that was quickly corrected when asked. I felt no pressure and only attentiveness from Chris. He understood what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted. Extremely happy customer here. Even after the deal he was happy to answer any of my questions. If you’re looking at a new or used car start with Coggin at the Avenues and Mr. Chris Cook.
