2014 Chevu Malibu

Was having problems with my 2013 Malibu- went to Cogging Chevy at the Avenues to trade it in- one of the best decisions I've made this year. Mike the sales guy was awesome!! Please see him if your ready for a new vehicle

Service was excellent

We were very satisfied with Kyle King. We were thinking of buying a used car but Kyle made us realize we were better off buying a new Equinox. We're very happy with it.

Coggin Great

Up until now I have only dealt with Coggin Honda on Atlantic. They are first rate, and now that I have bought a Chevy Volt from Coggin Chevrolet at the Avenues, I find them to continue to uphold the Coggin reputation. Our buying experience with Steve Stewart was great. He answered questions, and helped us get the car we wanted, with no pressure. We love our Volt!

Toh warranty fix done right!

Let me start by stating that I an an ASE master Technician and own 2 independent repair shops in Jacksonville. When my 2012 Silverado wipers would not shut off, it was still under warranty so I had the staff at Coggin Chevrolet check it about 6 months ago, and it of course stopped failing while they were in the middle of the diagnosis. It happened again a few weeks ago, and while they had to keep the vehicle a week, and from what i understand had to get corporate tech advisers involved, they did give me a loaner and since the return of my truck, I have not experienced any issues. Difficult Computer diagnostics will drive any technician batty, but they stuck to it and got the problem fixed.

Coggin Chevy and Steve Stewart are the BEST!

Best Chevy dealer-EVER!

My wife and I went to Coggin Chevrolet as a result of an email invitation by their internet salesperson, Justin Corral. He was so genuinely sincere about his product and customer care and service that we felt vey comfortable throughout the entire buying experiece. We bought a brand new 2015 Tahoe and we could not be any happier with it. We met management and other sales personnel and we were very pleased with their professional attitudes. No buyers' remorse here!

Hard Working Staff

After purchasing a used F150 2 months ago from Coggin, the truck had nothing but problems. Who knew it would turn out to be a lemon. Everyone at Coggin bent over backwards to make things right. We finally traded in the F150 and were put in a new 2014 Silverado. The deal took a long time to get ironed out with much frustration on both sides. Coggin management and sales put my son in the new truck and let him drive it for 2 weeks before any paperwork was signed as he's a paramedic and needs dependable transportation getting to and from his station in Lake City. We couldn't have asked for more. Billy Bender in sales and Dennis Dourocher in service went out of their way to make things right. This is why I've been a Coggin customer for years and will continue to only use Coggin for all my auto needs.
