Drove 2 hrs to find a new truck when we got there our

Drove 2 hrs to find a new truck when we got there our salesman scot listened to what we wanted and got us the truck we came to look at. Very happy with the deal he got us. Thanks scot bartlebaugh and crew

horrible service.

horrible service. I got a transmission flush and when I got my car back the transmission was slipping. I took my car back to the dealer so they could take a second look at it. I was told my pump failed and I need a new transmission and it would cost a total of 10,000. I went to another shop and they checked my transmission and they stated my transmission fluid level was not filled properly, so they put the proper amount of fluid in and did a trans flush and I had no issues with the transmission. I went back to Dale Earnhardt and spoke with Shane Woodyard and stated I almost purchased a new transmission and would have spent 10,000 he said nothing at all. I stated I brought my car for a second inspection, and they stated I needed a new one he stated if they didn't check it shame on them. I told him I wanted the money for the services the second dealer completed, and he was only willing to pay for the amount for the trans fluid and stated the second car shop didn't have to do a flush and fill and that's bad customer service. I told him if your tech would have done it right the first time or checked it properly the second time I wouldn't be asking for refund. In the end of all the back and forth I got my refund but that poor service. More should have been done for my inconvenience. I almost spent 10,000 for a service that was done wrong once then checked again. When Shane took all my paperwork and spoke with the receptionist, he gave my paperwork back I wanted to confirm the refund amount and he pointed at the paperwork that was unprofessional I did nothing wrong and he act like the refund was coming out of his pocket. His technicians screwed up not me. I will never return there again
