Would not recommend.....

I was trying to purchase a new truck , but they want sell to me because they want honor the GM family plan as I am retired from GM. This I just don't understand why that is. I was told by GM to go to any dealership and purchase any vehicle under the family plan and they will honor , but not this dealership... I would not recommend this dealership to anyone......

SIR EDWARD

Everybody was amazing. Helped my mother and father without any encouragement. Will buy all our vehicles from them. The manager on the phone was a little rude, but she may have had a bad day. The rest of the experience was amazing. Great staff and facilities also!

Worst Dealership Ever

This is the worst dealership you could ever possibly buy a car from. I have bought many cars and quite frankly I have never neen treated as badly as I have been treated at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Tallahassee. I went there about 2 weeks ago looking for a car. I found a 2017 Chevy Cruz and wanted to trade in my 2012 Ford Focus. I had a trade in offer from CarMax for $4200 and asked them to match it. They offered me $2000 and the Sales Manager Julius Jimenez came out and told me that was the best they can do. I asked him why they couldn't match CarMax and he said because Carmax isn't telling me the truth and wasn't really going to give me that much because that car only goes for $3000 in auction. I told him that I guarantee that my ford focus is going to be sold on their lot for $8,000 and he promised me that it was not going on their lot and that they were going to sell it in an auction. In less then a week, my ford focus was for sale on their website for $8,999. When I was about to leave the dealership with my new car, we noticed that one of the wheels was missing 3 lug nuts!! My wife and I test drove that car and due to this dealerships negligence, we could've been severely injured. This was supposed to be a certified preowned car that underwent a full inspection but some how they missed the fact that it was missing 3 lug nuts in one wheel. We couldn't even leave with the car because it was unsafe to drive and had to take a loaner home for the night. Then, after being incredibly dissatisfied with not only the fact that it was missing 3 lug nuts but also that I was lied to about my trade in, I chose to leave a review exposing them for how terrible they are. After leaving a review I immediately received a call from Julius Jimenez asking me that if they gave me $500 will I take the reviews down. I agreed that once I receive the $500 I will take them down. He said I will have the check within a week. The check never came and Julius started not responding to my text messages. I called several times to speak to the general manager Jason Goss and was never able to get through to him. I eventually received a call from General Sales Manager Angie Rogo who might possibly be the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She immediately started yelling at me and told me that I will not get anything from them and that I need to "check my tone" and that she will not allow me to question the integrity of her staff. She proceeded to yell at me until I eventually hung up. This place is horrible. I would never recommend anyone buy a car from them!!! They have never heard of customer service and they seem to think its okay to lie to your face!

Ripped me off!!

Purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze just 5 days ago. Although I am very happy with the car, I am very unhappy with the situation. I traded in a 2012 ford focus with 88,000 miles with absolutely no problems. The saleman told me that my car is only worth $2000 for a trade in. I showed them that I had a quote from carmax for $4400 to trade my car in. The manager then came out and told me that Carmax is lying and that they would never give me $4400 because that car only goes for $3000 in auction and that they couldnt give me more then $2000. I told him that he is lying and that I guarantee the car is going on their lot in a few days for atleast $8,000. He said that's not true that they'll send it to auction and be lucky to get $3000 for it! For some reason I decided to believe them. Well below you will see a picture of my car for sale on their website for $8,999 and a picture of my quote at $4,400 from carmax. And trust me, they don't budge at all on the prices of their used cars so they will get the $8,999 and sell it in less then a week guaranteed. Stay away from this place they will rip you off and smile in your face.

replaced my tires with no problem.

I came in and needed new tires on my vehicle. I spoke with with George Bell and he got my in and had my tires replaced!

Worst service ever

I would never buy from Dale Earnhardt Chevy in Tallahassee, Fla ever again. When I first inquired about a car from them, I told them I wanted a used SUV. They directed me to the repair shop to see vehicles not even ready to sell. Previously wrecked vehicles. I still bout a nice 2017 Chevy Tahoe. They only had 1 key, said I would have to buy a spare. It didn’t have car mats. I was told they would get me some but never got them. I ended buying my own. Eight months later, the SUV breaks down at a traffic light during rush hour traffic. Called for help to no avail from the dealer. I have to pay for towing, and everything myself. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
