Michael Oquendo in Sales and Major Lowe in Finance were fabulous at Werner Hyundai. Michael O. was never pushy and let me control my purchase on my timeline. Always available to answer questions by text or phone. I found the exact Tuscon Limited that I wanted at an out of town Hyundai dealership and Michael quickly coordinated getting the car to Tallahassee. Micheal O. gets an A+. With knowledgeable assistance from Major Lowe in Finance, we completed the deal! Major explained items thoroughly and happily showed us all warrenty and payment options. General Manager, Jeff Golden checked on us several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Never thought I would buy a Hyundai, but after extensive research and their consistent great ratings, I got my sassy red Tuscan Limited with all the bells and whistles!

Friday, December 6, 2024 will forever be a staple in my life. Thank you to Mr. L. Phillip Bryant I was blessed to walk in with no expectations and as a visitor with a friend to leaving with keys to a brand new car! In one of my favorite colors I might add. Mr. Phillip truly was a part of divine intervention as I’ve been utilizing U ears and Lyft for this entire year and possibly longer after having been in a previous wreck that led to me no longer having a reliable vehicle. I literally spent $500-$600 a WEEK to get back and forth from work, my kids to school with additional expense for food delivery because of lack of transportation. I was truly going through a depression but what a great experience! I didn’t feel as if I was being treated like another number to meet a quota, he was confident he could help me which kept me at peace throughout the process. The best customer service I have received walking into ANY business here in Tallahassee. He was directly intentional on finding out kind of vehicle would best fit my needs and finances. I am so very, very grateful to have experienced such a stellar, genuine, and confident salesman. Mr. Bryant truly deserves all the accolades possible. Very down to earth and in times like these he showed that what he spoke was no gimmick… he meant business and got it done! I cant go without mentioning Mr. Blake in finance, we made him smile and that’s enough joy in one day for me!
