    drove 40 minutes to get 5 Star service. I was about to head out on a 1,600 mile trip so I wanted my dually truck in good shape. They did a speedy job on my tire rotation but they did not offset the dually's so that I could verify the tire pressure. On top of that, they apparently did not check my tire pressure as my fronts were at 59 and 60 and the rears that I could get to were at 70 (cold). What this indicated to me was one, they didn't even go off of the tire psi sticker on the truck door and surely only rotated the tires! If you can't get something so trivial right, what else should I be double checking for? They did not see it as an inconvenience for me to just bring it back to so they could get it right. Their options didn't include the thought of more wear and tear and gas until I blatently pointed it out. I just didn't have time to run my truck back out so had a local auto shop to it and get it right. Burlington should give me my $50 back for a tire rotation not done to satisfaction but that too was never on their radar. I'm still waiting to hear back from them two weeks later??
