Overcharged and felt they took advantage of my daughter.
Overcharged and felt they took advantage of my daughter. Basically got charged $1300 to change 6’spark plugs. This included a $500 diagnosis fee. What a joke. Very disappointed in this dealership. We will not be coming back.

My wife bought a used Chevy Trax and within a couple of
My wife bought a used Chevy Trax and within a couple of weeks it started overheating. The cooling fan ran for a long time after the engine was turned off. I called the salesman and he told me to take it to a shop but the shop was not in the dealership. They said they could not find anything wrong so they didn't fix anything. Then about 2 more weeks passed and again the cooling fan would not turn off. It ran so long that it killed the battery and I was not able to jump it. AutoZone tested the battery and it came back bad. So within less than a month, the car stopped working 2 times and I had to buy a new battery for it. When I contacted the dealership again about the problems with the car, they told me I could take it to a shop that I trusted but I was on my own and they were not going to do anything else about it. Update: Helfman did take it to Chevrolet and they said they couldn't find anything. But the same thing kept happening more and more often. Finally after the 3rd time taking it in, Chevy found that the fuse block was shorted. They replaced the fuse block and Helfman took care of it.
