We were looking for a used car and found one online. It didn't have any pictures or details attached, so we called the dealership and spoke to Gary Gilbert, who very quickly sent us the information we needed. We met Gary the next day, and he was very down to earth, friendly, and helpful. There was a problem with the leather, and he immediately took care of it and assured us it would be taken care of. He helped us with the negotiations, and we got what we needed for what we needed to pay. When we returned a couple of days later he had taken care of the leather as promised, and the car looked great. I appreciated his sincerity, attitude, and energy.

My wife and I were in the market for a newer jeep, since mine was starting to get a little too old for me to take care of all the repairs on my own. We visited on Monday to just look at pricing and see the vehicle with our own eyes, not just internet pics. When we went back on Saturday our intention and wishes were to trade in my old jeep for a newer jeep. That is exactly what we got! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by Gary Gilman, who in our opinions was an incredibly helpful individual. He did not come off as a salesman to us at all. Now we were just there to get a price on my jeep and weigh the options. Perhaps go to a different dealer and check their prices, but the staff at helfman made it completely unnecessary. They were more than helpful at working with our demands and will be recommending others to visit them.

Gene Smith is an awesome person. He provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision on what I could purchase. I was very pleased with the way he valued my time. No wasted time is what I went in with and surely expected. Whatever he could pre-do, he did, so that everything was on point and he was ready to get the ball rolling the minute I walked in. I was extremely pleased. He was a referral to me and I would definitely refer him to others. GREAT JOB!

Excellent experience from the moment I walked in the showroom and was greeted by Gene Smith, our salesman. We had been to many dealerships in and around Houston looking for a pre-owned car for my son. I cannot imagine a better sales person, than Gene. I was shopping for a 1 or 2 year old Dodge truck, I chose Helfman because I bought my current 2003 Ram there 10 years ago and got a good deal on it brand new. I am a diligent shopper and an absolute mizer for a good deal. I visited the used car lot at Helfman 2 to 3 times a week for over two months. I met and talked to 6 different salesmen over the 2 months, and was not overly impressed by any of them until I met Gary Gilbert. Mr. Gilbert made a strong impression on me from the first time we talked, and I knew very quickly this was the guy I wanted to deal with. Gary and I visited and talked deals 6 or 7 times after that before I got the deal I was looking for. At every step Mr. Gilbert showed immense patience, was NEVER pushy, knew his product, down to the details of the difference between the rear suspension on my 2003 and that of the newer coil suspension on the 2012 ! Gary got me more for my trade in when I was unhappy with the appraisal, Gary got money knocked off the price of the new truck when I felt like it could be lower, throughout the process I felt he was bending over backwards to get me the best deal he could. He was respectful and a consummate gentleman from start to finish. Not to disparage the other salesmen, but none of them are even in the same class as Gary Gilbert, he provided the most easy going and painless auto buying experience I have ever had and got me a great deal as well ! I would recommend him and am in the process of recommending him to everyone I know for a good deal on a used car or truck. Thank you Gary ! *****five stars= EXCELLENT !

Buy your car here! I recently moved into the US from the UK and needed to by my wife's car ASAP. The overall process was smooth and I was able to get exactly what I wanted, in the time I needed. Make sure you ask for Gene Smith from sales. He will do everything you need to close the deal. Just tell him what you need and your budget, and he will work it out!!!!! By far the best sales person I ever bought a car from.

There was wonderful salesman and really good explain to me about all kind cars. He invited me test ride and I really like it. He do really good communication with me with sign languages that I am hearing impaired.
