    What little service I've had to have on my TL has always been a positive experience. Great staff, nice, facilities, timely service, and very communicative... about the needs and recommendations.. Never thought a service department would be a factor in deciding where to buy, but it certainly will now!

    2017MDX navi problems... Proctor service staff been on top of a hard to find glitch. Software fix and moving forward. Wish Big Acura could be more responsive.

    We have been a customer of TonyBellomio???s and Proctor Acura since 2006. We have purchased several MDXs and a TL from them. The MDX is the only vehicle... we have ever purchased in 45 years of marriage and lots of vehicle purchases that we have consistently come back to purchase. This last year has been very difficult as my husband has dementia and Tony and Myron worked with me through some very difficult issues resulting from his illness. I appreciate the above and beyond attitude of the Proctor Acura team. Whatever the department may be, they???re wonderful people to work with and trust to take care of you and your vehicle???s needs.
