John's Rt 13 Auto Sales

I checked John's Route 13 Auto Sales on website and the car I want to buy ,and I did called and see if the car is still available and the sale person will check and will give me a call but I haven't hear from sale person for few days,so I called them again to check if the car still in stock but it's been sold!!

I called several times over a 4 day period, since none of my emails were answered. When I finally spoke to someone I was told I would get a text or email with more pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. I never received anything and none of my calls have been returned.

I took a ride out to this dealership 2 weeks ago to look at an SUV and they couldn't find it it their own lot. I gave the salesman my name and number and he said he would get back to me the following Monday and it's now over 2 weeks later and I never heard back from them. I guess they are still looking for it. This place has the worst customer service ever had. I was very disappointed.

I was looking to purchase a used Nissan Maxima from Johns in cash. I called ahead of time on Saturday as I was an hour and 15 minutes away from the car lot. The sales rep Carlos mentioned that he drove the car himself and the car drove great but the check engine light was on. I drove an hour and 15 minutes up there that following Monday to find out the car would not leave second gear. Another sales rep Bill tried his best to find me another another Maxima. I'll give him that but nothing in my price range. Car lot very congested. Lots of sales reps.

Salesperson, Carlos, was very honest and helpful but the owner was a bit standoff-ish. I visited on Saturday and informed them that I would be back to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday and he didn't bother to have someone available to sign the title forcing me to have to go back again.

Called them many times over a 1 week period but never got a call back. was always told they where to busy I liked the vehicle i was looking at even had the full amount for the purchase but no call back.so i will go somewhere else.

Johns auto sales is a great place. Everyone who works there is there to help you and make sure you leave with something that you want to drive. I highly recommend them and will refer anyone who asks me about a good dealership. keep up the awesome customer service!!

There is nothing special about this little lot except for the customer service and great deals. My dealer Frank went out of his way make a deal with me. I explained that even though I brought my husband with me, this was MY purchase. He spoke to me directly and made sure that he knew exactly what I was looking for. He really appreciated that I knew what I was talking about and had realistic expectations. The negotiation was easy and more than fair. There was a little snafu at the end but Frank again, did his best to rectify the situation and made sure that I got all that I was promised. I would definately recommend John's Rt 13 Auto and Frank, to a friend.

This dealership was terrific to me. The salesperson showed me everything on the car and was pleasant and knowledgeable - the test drive was great. We made our deal right away and he honored it. The whole group of guys over there is terrific - it takes awhile to buy a car and so we all hung out and HAD fun - in fact, I never felt so good about buying a car!

This dealership is fantastic!! My salesperson, Brian Sturges went out of his way to find me the car I have been looking for. I was not quite ready for a new car but I could not resist the Hyundai he found for me. I had been thinking of purchasing a brand new car this time but when I saw the 2010 Elantra with so low miles, it was a no brainer. Brian got me such a low rate that the payment was less than I was paying on my trade. Thank you so much!!
