The wait was 3 hours long for an oil change despite

The wait was 3 hours long for an oil change despite making an appointment in advanced through service website. After leaving service center, the tire pressure alert came on and the rear passenger side tire was missing the tire cap. The service agent that does the check in was very nice and try to do as much as he could but the actual service was delayed due to high volume. I made an appointment for 9:30am. I got to the service center 45 minutes before my appointment and did not leave the center until close to 12:00pm.

Matthew was great help.

Matthew was great help. He had us in our new car in 2 days and was a joy to work with. His knowledge about the competition was strong.

Not happy with the service department

I made an appointment to change the driver's side front strut after 3 hours i was told didn't have the part, made another appointment after 2 and a half hours I was told they didn't have the driver's side strut they ordered the passenger side strut. Next appointment they finally got the driver's side strut in and they changed me 3 times the labor on the estimate

They told us our problem was fixed and to come find out

They told us our problem was fixed and to come find out they hadn't even started the job.. found this out when there was oil still leaking in the spot that was supposed to be fixed

Car maintenance excellence

Even though the location was very busy they were able to get my Honda serviced and performed an inspection with a detailed report in an hour. I was able to enjoy snacks and beverages while watching television at the facility lounge. The price is always reasonable for service when I visit, other locations would charge me at minimum double the price of what I pay here. Jeremy went over the report with me in detail and helped with any questions I had. My first choice for servicing my vehicle.
