Bladecki did honor their limited warranty

The dealer did respond satisfactorily with a reimbursement of 50% of required parts and labor in a timely manner.

Initially positive experience...however

The negative reviews made me a little wary, however, I was treated well and would have written a very positive report. With only 450 miles on the limited warranty the ABS and cruise control malfunctioned. The issue is yet to be addressed by the Bladecki Auto. Update to follow.

horrendous experience

Could not buy the car outright, I could only imagine how tough it would be with a trade in. Joe senior and Joe junior acted as if there were no other cars to be purchased in the area. I agree with the previous comment, they were both rude and condescending. Eric worked hard to sell me the car, I had the money in certified funds and Eric was willing to deliver the car because my car was already sold, but was told not to deliver a car for near full purchase price. You lost the sale and future customer.

I Would Like to Just Put In There That Half The Money Was Certified Check They Other Form Of Payment Was A Post Dated Personal Check... Im Sorry We As A Dealership Just Couldn't Release The Vehicle Under A Promise That Funds Would Become Available In The Future. Awful customer service

The man who I talked to on the phone about my possible trade-in was unbearably condescending and rude. After a low offer on my car, he continued to insult me stating that I, "need to do my homework and go get an education before talking numbers with me...I know my numbers based on auction value." I do not appreciate a male telling me, a female, to get an education and to do my homework, simply regarding a possible trade-in value. There is absolutely no need to talk to potential customers this way, and it is shameful, that is absolutely no way to run a business. I feel that if I were a male calling about the same offer, he would not have dared to talk to me in such a condescending manner. He should be embarrassed. I do not recommend them nor would I ever buy from such a business that treats customers this way.

Great experience - no games and no pressure

Bladecki is a family owned, friendly and professional operation. The sales approach is straight up without any pressure or games. I test drove the car by myself and they were quick to answer questions and be helpful. Moreover they sold me a great car in mint condition at a great price.
