PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN BUTING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This has been the worst experience I have ever had when buying a car. We brought a car on April 8th, and three days letter the check engine lights starts flashing. That Saturday we immediately sent the car to the dealership to be checked out. They let us know that no one can work on the car until Monday, and that we will get a call from there once they find out what's wrong with it. Monday comes no call, Tuesday come we give them a call and they said we would get a call back later due to Wayne being busy. We speak to them later that day and he lets us know they didn't get a chance to work on the car, but they will the next. Next day comes no call from them, we call them and they let us know that they have to take the car to the LAKE NORMAN HYNDAI DEALERSHIP in order for it to be fixed. Thursday comes we are told that the car is being dropped and now we have to wait until hyndai gets back with them. We are calling them every single day after that trying to get an update on the car, and we are getting the same answer over and over. We go to the dealership that the car is suppose to be at getting fixed, and turns out the CAR was never there and still at Keffer Kia. So for three days we were being told that are car is there and that there nothing they can do because they have to wait for hyndai to fix it and yet it never made it to hyndai. So at this point we don't want the car, we can't trust anything theyre telling us...Also I asked two different reps is there a way that they can just keep the car because at this point we don't want it and they let us know that they can't. So if you purchase a USED CAR WITH THEM THEY WILL NOT TAKE THE CAR BACK EVEN IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE CAR WITHIn THE FIRST THREE DAYS OF PURCHASE!!!!! PLEASE BE MINDFUL ABOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THERE

Why are you leaving town. "FOR WHAT" This is about the most friendly, transparent experience you are gonna find. Sales people are knowledgeable. The manager was absolutely amazing and I have bought plenty of cars. I wont buy a car from anywhere else. To think people are driving to charlotte and Concord

Terrible service.
Terrible service. I'm not blaming the service man but I'm complaining about the KEFFER KIA dealership in Mooresville,NC in general or it could be cars.com for false advertisement. However I spoke with an associate on Monday made an appointment to view a vehicle for today, Wednesday .4-16-2025. I took time off work for this appointment only to get there and told the car was sold yesterday. Prior on Monday, I advised phone associate that I am traveling from another city in NC which is 1.5hrs away, cool. The phone associate sent me a link to show 3 names upon arrival. As we approached the dealership today, a sales associate greeted us and never once took me to see the 3 people that was on the text message I received. He said "they're just managers" he proceeded to type things in his computer and stated the car was sold yesterday. The least y'all could've done was made a courtesy call to me prior to my travel as I was NOT interested in the vehicle that the sales associate was pressing me to get. He consistently tried to talk me out of the vehicle I came for. I have my own approved financing through my bank and he was just trying to get commission as it seems. Terrible business and a waste of my day.

Rude and unpleasant experience! Was there to buy new Telluride, but many back and forth discussions between the Sales executive and team inside the room. Very sarcastic answers from the team inside the room.

I recently bought a brand-new Kia Sorento from Keffer
I recently bought a brand-new Kia Sorento from Keffer Kia, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Just one month after driving off the lot, the engine completely failed. I had just given birth and was relying on my car to get around, so this situation has been nothing but a massive headache. When I reached out to Keffer Kia, I was told there were 61 motors on back order, and it would take an "indefinite" amount of time to fix my vehicle. To make matters worse, they refused to offer me a loaner car, claiming that it would take too long to repair and that they didn’t want to put too many miles on a loaner. So now, I'm left without a car and forced to rent one out of my own pocket. Kia corporate offices has offered to reimburse me up to $47 a day once my car is repaired, but let’s be real – that’s a drop in the bucket compared to what renting a car actually costs especially when paying upfront. Keffer Kia has been nothing but unhelpful, unaccommodating, and downright inconsiderate. They’ve made a stressful situation even worse and have shown zero empathy. The lack of customer support and care is beyond frustrating. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will be looking elsewhere for any future vehicle needs.

I am a physically disabled customer that uses a motorized wheelchair. Therefore, I have very specific needs in the style of the vehicle that will accommodate me. After a nationwide search, I found a vehicle at a dealership in St. Louis. However, it was not really what I needed. I was desperate and about to settle for it anyway. Then I happened to telephone Kia and spoke with a Mr. Gerald Bennett. Although Mr. Bennett did not have a vehicle that would accommodate my needs at that time, he went WAY beyond the call of duty. He gave me wonderful advice that saved over $13,000. I am astonished that without Mr. Bennett receiving any pay, he helped direct me to a more appropriate purchase. I hope that Mr. Bennett will be available when I make my next purchase!

starting working through recommended services. second one was axel due to leaking oil. asked if this would fix noisy bumpy ride and was advised yes it would. that was a lie. repair was quoted at 1100 and ending up being 2500. after i left i realized the repaid didnt actually address the original issue. now im out 2500 on something i didnt need right then. dont get your work done here. move along.
