Stay far away
Don't waste you time. My son bought a 2017 Forte here 6 months ago. Engine failed, had an extended warranty, company examined and covered it due to it being a Kia defect. Engine was ordered but has been lost in transit, so have to order another one that will take 3 more weeks to arrive. I have been renting a car for 6 weeks now, Keffer will not supply a loaner or a rental. And never had the dignity to tell be that, only they are looking into it and will call me back. 20+ documented calls and never a call back, everytime "we will look into it and call you back". It took me taking a day off work and driving an hour there for Steve to finally tell me to contact Kia corp and warranty company. Kia corp takes no responsibly for the car or for the lost motor, and the extended warranty place says it is now a Kia issue and out of there hands. So guess I have to continue paying for a car that doesn't run, insurance on that car, and rent one so that I can work to pay for all this. My only fault was trusting Kia and Keffer Kia, will not happen again. BBB, Kia Corp, and State Attorneys office complaints filed, but every thing takes time. Complete waste of time, energy, money, trust and dignity. Poor customer service, poor responses, poor management, poor vehicles.

Do NOT buy from Keffer Kia
After buying my car, it has been a NIGHTMARE trying to get into contact with Keffer Kia. I spent weeks trying to get ahold of someone there to cancel their loan so that I could refinance with someone else. By the time they called me back, it was too late to cancel it. So I did what I had to do to get into the process of refinancing and realized I need my Buyer’s Order that should’ve been given to me already- now I’ve been doing it all over again. Calling like crazy with no response. The finance department told me they would get it to me by the next day- that was 5 days ago and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone since. I’m sooo regretting buying from them.
Car has been losing oil and we brought it here for service under warranty. They claim to have replaced a number of items. Several months later its still losing oil. Took it back and they claimed again to have replaced a number of items. 1500 miles later it lost 3.5 qts of oil. The dealership also tried to charge us for a number of items we did not request to be done. Check yelp if you dont believe my post for others who had the same situation with them. Upon taking the vehicle to another location they confirmed the parts Keffer Kia claims to have replaced were never replaced and they can clearly see where the leak is. The bad reviews on Yelp are real and we got confirmation they did not do the work to the vehicle they claimed they did defrauding KIA Motors for work not completed. Complete waste of time. They should be banned from selling and servicing cars.

I was with my grandson. He purchased new car. I was impressed with Haleigh. She was friendly and helpful with his choice. The facility was clean and comfortable.
Avoid them at all costs. I wanted to test drive and likely buy a used Kia they had on their website. Called and confirmed the car was there, set an appointment with Benjamin, and he said he’d have it waiting for me. Drove over an hour to the lot, no one can find the car. After waiting a few minutes, we were told it was in the “paint shop” for some scratches on the bumper. What?? This car had been on their lot for almost a month and they were just now painting some scratches?! They also had the nerve to tell me they couldn’t tell from the computer whether a car was actually on their lot. Horrible experience. Nothing was said to us by a manager or by Benjamin, who was with other customers and never even spoke to us. They lost our business for life. Oh, they did put gas in my car since I had driven so far. Too bad they couldn’t give me back all my wasted time.

I purchased my Sorento from another dealership, and Keffer Kia is my go to. I really appreciate my service manager, advisor, rep, techs, transport driver, billing rep...i don’t want to leave anyone out because they have treated me respectfully and with sincere friendliness. The service has been excellent.
