Do not trust. They do not stand by their word!

Keffer Kia verbally communicated a reduced price for a used car. I texted an offer and the sales associate said that the offer was accepted by the manager. I was excited and waiting to put a down payment until I could go pick up the car. Communication after that from them was very poor. I took a day off of work to travel 2.5 hours to pick it up. When I texted to try to re-confirm again, I was finally contacted by a manager. The associate and manager said they made a mistake on the out the door price vs the sales price. This was even though I clearly texted/documented my offer as "out the door". When confronted, they were polite enough to look into it again and did eventually get back to me. However, they did not honor the deal they had already verbally accepted. Wasted a day off and they left a very bad taste in my mouth. Cannot trust a business that does not stand by it's word- even if they make a "mistake".

Wasted my time to say the least. I went in about a month...

Wasted my time to say the least. I went in about a month ago and I left because we just weren't close on ordering a Kia carnival. Fast forward one month and they called me two days in a row to get me to come and make a deal. Thinking it was going to be more reasonable I went to the dealership. They offered me 4k over the first deal. I walked out without even countering. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Everyone else can pay 8k over MSRP but I am not that sucker.

Stay far away

Don't waste you time. My son bought a 2017 Forte here 6 months ago. Engine failed, had an extended warranty, company examined and covered it due to it being a Kia defect. Engine was ordered but has been lost in transit, so have to order another one that will take 3 more weeks to arrive. I have been renting a car for 6 weeks now, Keffer will not supply a loaner or a rental. And never had the dignity to tell be that, only they are looking into it and will call me back. 20+ documented calls and never a call back, everytime "we will look into it and call you back". It took me taking a day off work and driving an hour there for Steve to finally tell me to contact Kia corp and warranty company. Kia corp takes no responsibly for the car or for the lost motor, and the extended warranty place says it is now a Kia issue and out of there hands. So guess I have to continue paying for a car that doesn't run, insurance on that car, and rent one so that I can work to pay for all this. My only fault was trusting Kia and Keffer Kia, will not happen again. BBB, Kia Corp, and State Attorneys office complaints filed, but every thing takes time. Complete waste of time, energy, money, trust and dignity. Poor customer service, poor responses, poor management, poor vehicles.

I purchased a used car from Tereek Hill and the car only...

I purchased a used car from Tereek Hill and the car only had 15% oil life, he said bring the car in for a free oil change. I called and scheduled the oil change appt and told them it was free. I had the oil change and was told my total, I explained it was supposed to be free so they called Mr. Hill and he came over and said he never said that and was very rude and condescending. I explained to Mr. Hill that he did indeed say that and I would not have driven 50 minutes for an oil change if it had not been free. He refused to honor his word and said I hope to never see you back here. He was incredibly unprofessional and does not honor the promises he makes. He will tell you anything to "make the deal" and not follow through.

Never go there service representative cause scene over question on Bill two days after we brought car unprofessional untrustworthy worst experience we had purchased 3 cars since 2013 this is the way they treat us never again people need to know not to trust their service they will get someone killed

My experience with this dealer was not pleasant. They sent a written offer to buy a car from me- had me drive an hour to get to their dealership- and then began the ole two step shuffle. Claimed they had never seen the written offer and tried to lie about the entire process. My impression of them was that they are a very dishonest dealership.

Very friendly and helpful people that will help you as much as possible get in a car. Justin and Glen has been very good at helping us get in to the car that we have been trying to get for a while.

Trade In my 2019 KIA Soul for 2021 Seltos

The sales team, managers, and the rest of staff make it easy to do business. This is my second car purchased from Keffer Kia. I highly recommend Keffer Kia.
