Geat Experience!

We have purchased two used cars from Summit in the last six months. The second one just this week. Walter & Mike are a pleasure to work with. Honest, sincere, and extremely helpful. It is my opinion that Summit has some of the best quality used cars in the Rochester area. I was even offered homemade Chili during my visit. I would recommend if you're in the market make Summit your first stop.

Great Service

I live out of town but am originally from Rochester. I had been to many dealers in the area recently looking for a truck and did not have a good experience with most of them. I ended up buying a Dodge Ram truck from Ginger. I was a little worried at first in regards to being out of town because I had to pick my vehicle up on Saturday with only a short window of time. I was very impressed with Ginger because she made the whole process easy for me. All the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived along with my truck which looked awesome. I was very happy with the customer service and my overall experience.

Disappointing end to our deal

I am writing this for my truck purchased three months ago, which I have left positive feedback for prior. When finishing our deal, I was informed of this feedback forum and the dealership asked me to leave feedback and if I did they would send a gift card from Wegmans. I thought that was a nice touch so I took them up on this and left good feedback. Since then I have called 4 times, talked to three different people and each time been promised it's on the way. Well it has never come. At this point I don't want the $25, but it does call into question the integrity of the dealership. I hope everything else I heard there was straight up. My interest rate turned out much higher than stated in the deal making process and now they aren't following through on their word x4, to send out the gift card. Give the gift card to a charity. I am refinancing the loan to about half of your rate with Fairport Credit Union. You had a repeat customer, but this inability to keep your word on a simple gift card really has me doubting I will ever return.

First time buyer

This was my first time buying a car. I was nervous to interact with car-salesmen for the first time. But Robert was very nice and did not pressure me into saying yes. I am going to be driving away in a Honda FIT for a very reasonable price. Over all it was a good experience.

Ginger and Mike

I can highly recommend Summit View Auto. I dealt with Ginger she was professional, courteous, and a real pleasure to deal with. Mike the sales manager was equally great. Jim was quick with response times, I always knew what was going on with vehicles I was looking at. Very thorough. Being a single female I was expecting a hassle, Jim was 100% professional. I went in looking to purchase a truck, and with hours of test driving and comparing of vehicles, I ended up purchasing the vehicle Jim recommended me the first 10 minutes of meeting with him. He was very patient and understanding of what I needed and my budget.
