Great in person service.

Great in person service. Over the phone was a bit harder maybe due to dealership being busy. However once I spoke to Nelson at his desk he was more than ready to explain what I needed.

No free uber rides when dropping off your car for maintenance. Goudy Honda across the street does this for you if you drop off your Honda there.

Very aggressive sales tactics.

Very aggressive sales tactics. Tried to gas light on what was discussed. One of the sales person made a racist gesture with slanted eyes.
