The technician continually called me by my husband's name, Jay. Even though I was definitely a woman. At least when the service manager came to talk to me, he called me Mrs. Rundell not Jay.

The kind, friendly and courteous service was very enjoyable also the way everything was explained and shown to us was more than we expected. We appreciated Bryan's help very much.

Honest, friendly and knowledgable service associates. Work performed in a timely manner. Service writer did not try to over sell and I was offered a complementary shuttle while service was performed.

Usually buying a new car seems to be an arduous task with lots of pressure from the salesman - not so at KIA. A great experience - all the staff are friendly and helpful. All questions answered & the whole process was done in great time. Definitely would buy again and glad they will be able to service both the vehicle we bought as well as the pickup we already own.
