Great dealer

I went in to purchase a used truck and Alex helped me out finding what I wanted that fit with my financial situation. Very nice and easy going guy to deal with. Will defiantly be using them again.

Great trucks

Just got my dream truck with no money down .. Sergery was very helpful in getting me approved after my bankruptcy.. a great family atmosphere and they get results. Definitely coming back

Recently Purchased a F250

The team at Classic Motors may seem low key or small time compared to the larger industry dealers but once you work with them you will understand why they are the leader for trucks. Price, customer service, efficiency, and professionalism are the foundation of what enables them to operate in such a manner that welcomes anyone. Their inventory is impressive, the turn around time is phenomenal, and their unyielding ability to make deals happen is out of this world. If they could make my deal happen then I guarantee you they can make yours happen. I would recommend them 100% of the time and to expect nothing less than success is how they operate.

Great shopping experience

Went in and spoke with Serge. Had an idea of what I wanted. He showed me trucks that really fit my needs and got me great financing. All around great selection and customer service!

Class Act

I was looking for a truck and was recommended to Classic Motors. I was not disappointed. They had 100's of trucks in various makes and models. I found what I was looking for; a Dodge Ram 2500. I worked with a bunch of salesmen but mostly Sergey. He was knowledgeable and a straight shooter.

Bought a Toyota Sienna - couldn't be happier!

I was looking for an AWD minivan and Sienna was an only option. I live in Salem, MA but I found my "perfect" car (sienna limited 2014, 30000 miles) in this dealership. I considered buying online without seeing/test driving a car, since it was a much better deal that I could find near home. I called the dealership, the guy I talked to said the car was in a great shape and send me detailed pictures. I was hesitant but after much thinking decided to roll the dice (about $3000 price difference after tax I had to pay in MA). The car arrived quickly, exactly as described, drives well, no scratches/dents etc. I've had it for a month now - no problems whatsoever. I know they sell mostly trucks but they had my "perfect" car so it worked out find for me!

Not what the descriptions say

I found a truck on cars.com and it specifically said in the description No Scratches, Rust, Dents. The truck had Scratches, Rust and Dents and they were extremely obvious. I think they just copy that on every description.

Beware

Think twice, you'll get one story on the phone and another once you see vehicle. Spoke several times with dealer seeking the brutally honest truth about truck before I Drove 4 1/2 hrs to see a truck priced at top dollar and it was far from it... Waste of time...vehicle description was way off , not sure how rust coming threw the paint and burnt paint can be described as "mint" no scratches no dings no rust ... Etc ... Beware

Very Unhappy

We drove 3 hours to look at a truck. I told them I was coming Friday morning. We arrived and the truck wasn't there, and Serg argued with me that I told them I was coming Saturday. After looking at his messages and realizing I was correct he continued to tell us the truck was at the chevy dealer getting the radio fixed. It came back with the radio hanging out. After he screamed profanity at the chevy dealer front of us we looked at the truck. It was missing a spare tire and tire mount. They bought one and installed it after going on and on about how much money he spending on this truck. They then couldn't get another spare and offered to give us a check for 100 bucks. We told him politely you cannot buy a spare tire and rim for 100 bucks and he yelled at us saying he already spent over 200 dollars fixing it already. We ended up buying the truck and drove home realizing it needed brakes. When we took the rear tires off the rear rotors were completely destroyed by the brakes having NO pads. Needless to say we had to replace both rear rotors and all four brakes. Never again will they get our business or will we refer someone!
