Straight forward business

Amazing Experience and Great Truck

I started out dealing with Serg which was good, I found a nice F150 King Ranch. I was then connected with Alex who was amazing. His customer service, knowledge and hard work was elite. He helped me get financing at an amazing rate, he was patient and understanding. Even after I purchased the vehicle, Alex was still available to answer questions and support me 100%. I highly recommend Classic Motors Inc.

Great Experience

Best car buying experience ever!!! Serge went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before I left the lot. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that's looking for a vehicle.

totally let down

Was told the two trucks I was going to look at were in showroom condition. So I drove 2 hours to find out that one truck was in need of new belts new dpf filter and had many damaged spots including a huge dent on the roof. The other truck didn't even run and you could see it was not taken care of and some of the repairs were very shade tree mechanic. Total waste of a trip.

Safety, great service and customer service

My ex needed a truck after getting into a bad accident, after going to different dealerships we finally came across classic motors... we were highly impressed at the decent prices and deals compared to the other dealers we've been too. Such great customer service i highly recommend getting a vehicle there... Overall two accidents my ex was in vehicles were in great condition and kept him safe !

Anniversary gift for my wife

I wanted something special for my 21 wedding anniversary. I was passing the lot and saw the car my wife has wanted all her life. I called up spoke with someone about the car. The conversation was very nice, seemed a little rushed but over all very nice. I took my wife there for a test drive everything went great. We filled out the paperwork and everyone was very nice. Over all the experience went very smoothly I was happy with the service. Good place to buy a truck or car I have told all my friends about them. Plan on shopping there going forward too.

Great truck

I went to look at a truck I found on live, when I got there, it was not what I wanted, but they were very helpful & I found another great truck. I have not had any problems with truck & it runs great.

Good People , Great Vehicle , Fair Market Pricing

I purchased a Volvo S60 from Classic Motors over the phone and Alex arranged for the car to be delivered to my home in Pa by his staff . The vehicle arrived exactly in the condition I was told , no unpleasant surprises . Friendly and helpful staff , all the correct paper work . I would absolutely buy another car or truck from Classic Motors . Good People !

Failure to File Title with Maryland MVA

This dealer failed to provide me with a proper and accurate transfer of title to a used car I purchased on March 15, 2015. When I arrived to complete the transaction, as agreed upon with the Dealer, the car was not at the Dealership. I had to wait for several hours for the car to be brought to the Dealership and serviced. They had to place a Dealer's tag on the car because there was no one there to complete the process of title transfer. I had to drive back 2 days later, from Annapolis, to obtain the new tags from the Dealer. While on an out-of-town trip, I left my car at home. Apparently the alarm system went off and did not stop so police arrived to stop the alarm. When running the tag they discovered it was not registered under my name! The name of a previous owner is what is showing up with the VIN number. The police took the tags and had my car impounded, where it remains to date because I cannot retrieve the car without the tags. The police officer who took the tags is out of town and it seems he kept the tags in his personal possession rather than leaving them at the Police Station. So, in trying to get another set of tags so I can get my car, I went to the MVA and that is when I was told there was no information from the Dealer re my car. The name of a previous owner is what is showing up with the VIN number and they will not issue a new tag or a temporary tag until they receive all documents from the Dealer! Even more critical is the fact that the Dealer says he has filed all necessary documents with the MVA, but the MVA says no such documents have been filed with them. I have spent 2 full days trying to work with the MVA and this Dealer to no avail. I am caught between a public and a private bureaucracy and am unable to drive the car I purchased a month ago. And I am having to pay accumulating fees from the company that towed my car! The Dealer's son was rude when I called about the problem, and the Dealer failed to return my calls despite a promise that he would contact the MVA and straighten this mess out, call me back and let me know what was happening. He has never called me back. It would be most appreciated if someone could assist me in resolving this Catch-22 nightmare. As of today, April 17, 2015 nothing has been resolved.
