This pandemic has really separated the customer service departments in my opinion, and shown me who really is really going to go the extra mile. Due to... my completely suppressed immune system, the only option for me to get my xc40 recall service fixed, was the valet service at no extra charge. Lee and his team communicated by both text and phone calls when they were on their way and when the car was coming back. I had no need to leave my home which made it very safe. They washed the car and I really appreciate the extra effort. I have owned BMW's, Honda's, and Mazdas, but this is my second Volvo. My xc60 has over 250k miles and is still working great. When purchasing a car I believe the service department is a big part of that decision, Volvo stands behind their vehicles, whether you lease or purchase, and they do it with integrity. Website lists an online contactless car buying experience. Found the car I wanted, and followed all of the instructions to upload documentation, solidify... loan agreement and schedule delivery. Did not hear back on my purchase after receipt confirmation. Contacted them several times only to find out the car I had "purchased" was not available. Personal documents I had uploaded such as license, proof of insurance, and other confidential files were lost. Is my data safe? Ultimately I went to the dealership and started from scratch. Hardly time saving or safe. Sale associates were fine in the office, but there are some serious issues to work out with the online experience. Not much was done to restore faith - I would have gone elsewhere if I didn't need a vehicle asap. Other reviews seem positive. Hopefully I am the exception.

The salesman we dealt with was great. Very knowledgeable and not intimidating or pressuring like some other dealerships. The pricing was competitive and... we didn’t have to haggle or negotiate.
All was very smooth and easy for me. I was expected, the repairs were no surprise, and my service rep was quite efficient and helpful.

I've been a Volvo customer for 3 years now and I've never had a bad... experience with him or any of the service specialists at Volvo North Haven. I can be assured that my car is handled with the upmost care and that it is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and ready for pick up. This location is personable, fair and accommodating to my needs. When scheduling a 10,000 mile service of my Volvo XC90 I made an appointment more than a month in advance for 7:45 am. I received several reminders of... my appointment via phone and email. I dropped off my car at 7:30 am the morning of the appointment and did not hear back from the service appointment so I called the service department at 2:00. The service person told me that the time of my appointment doesn’t matter as it doesn’t mean when the car is going to be seen and that my car had not even been brought in yet. And further more, if I had waited i would have been priority no matter what time my appointment had been. If you are going to call it an appointment, it better be serviced and ready in that time frame. I made this appointment for my day off and while my children are at school. Now my car won’t be ready for me to get the car and pick up my children. I will not be using this service department again and will use a different dealership when my lease is up. Unacceptable.
