Mo did a fantastic job worked on his own time on a Sunday

Mo did a fantastic job worked on his own time on a Sunday to make sure I had everything I needed to pick up my new jeep on Monday. Jeep looked amazing and everything went smooth 2nd jeep I bought from Mo in a year I will go back again thanks Mo.

Bought my truck out of state and in an attempt to find a

Bought my truck out of state and in an attempt to find a good home dealership to service my truck I found gengras. After my truck wouldn’t start and all signs pointed to starter I had my truck towed there. I was told a loaner would be available before dropping the truck off and once it’s there I’m told they can’t. The communication throughout was poor as my attempts to get a timeline or anything were met with unfulfilled claims of callbacks. They claimed it was an issue I’d had tested(by a mechanic with 30+ years of experience) and found to be untrue but I followed them blindly. After being overcharged as I figured I would be the truck won’t start. I speak with Kyle in service and they hold no accountability. They won’t retow it at their expense, no offer of covering any costs because nothing is their fault. I guess putting a bandaid on a levy is my fault? I guess we play guess and test with other people’s money? As a single father I can’t afford to allow gengras to use my money to misdiagnose and not actually fix anything. As a licensed skilled tradesman that takes my craft seriously because lives are at stake I say shame on you for not valuing my life and those that get into my vehicle enough to do your job completely. If you want accountability these aren’t the people, if you want communication honesty and integrity I would look to Garavel or Milford Auto group

terrible

Worse dealership ever. I had car towed to location by AAA. They would not look at it for less than $450 (which included toe which I had already paid for). Wanted to charge $2k for aux. battery and some other repaid that I am still not sure it needed. TOOK 5 days to get done. Promissed me pick up on day 4 and then left for night without letting me know final bill. So picked up following day, with error light, took back in and they said it needed another $700 in repairs. I just took it and sent to my local dealer and he said nothing wrong with car. Crooks, commission driven.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

On April 29th I leased a new Ram 1500 from Gengras Dodge Chrysler Jeep. In the first week with less than 300 miles the engine light came on so I brought it to the service department. I was told that it needed a new catalytic converter. Then I was told that there was no way this could be possible because the truck was brand new. They reset the engine light and told me there should no longer be a problem. Two days later the light came on again. I dropped it off at the dealership and was told that it was a software issue. One week later they told me that it was actually a defective catalytic converter and it would be replaced. After having the truck for two weeks I am now being told that the part will not arrive for another 7 days. This means that my truck, which I am leasing for $800 a month will have been sitting at the dealership for just short of a month. In other words, I am paying a lease payment for a truck that I have no driven in that time. I am beyond frustrated. This is completely incompetent!

Horrible Service

Gengras completed warranty corrosion repair on my Wrangler. The doors were clearly buffed off the vehicle and a completely different color. It took a month to get the Jeep back with 0 updates from the dealer. Never returned a call, I always had to drive there to get updates. Sold the Wrangler less than a month later, it was embarrassing to drive. RUN from this dealer!

They lied to sell me the tires

I bought 4 new tires for my keep they said the promotion was buy 3 get 1 free plus free tires rotation for the life of the tires the first time they did rotated them for free the second time they charged me they said that promotion didn’t exist I showed them the receipt and they said they won’t be able to do it for free anymore So much more life time rotation free when buying new tires from them James is the name of the service rep who helped me Never will go there again I don’t recommend them they lied just to make a sale.
