Brought my jeep in for a few repairs.

Brought my jeep in for a few repairs.The main repair was my radio acting up.I now know it's called ghosting.The radio chances stations on it's own,makes random phone calls,goes from FM to Siriusxm radio.I was told that it wouldn't be under my extended warranty because i spilled a liquid in the radio and that's what they told my warranty company so they denied me.I got screwed by them.I had to replace the radio myself.Out of pocket cost $2000.00.I thought having the extended warranty would save me.It would of if this service dept knew what they were doing and the tech who working on my jeep.So do you think i'll hear from them once they find out the radio was not the cause of the owner.It was caused by the radio manufacture.I doubt it.This is the fourth jeep i bought from them and most likely the last one.

I don’t plan on calling you.I don’t want to hear apologies or excuses. They’re supposed to know about these vehicles and how to repair them

I just bought a jeep Cherokee.

I just bought a jeep Cherokee. The dealership I bought that couldn’t fix it so I brought it to Gengras and they fixed it. However, during the process there’s two nicks on my door Rebecca, the service manager told me she’d get back to me to resolve the situation and deeply apologized. It’s been two weeks. She still hasn’t return my phone call every time she’s in a meeting next step straight to the manager.

Horrible Service

Gengras completed warranty corrosion repair on my Wrangler. The doors were clearly buffed off the vehicle and a completely different color. It took a month to get the Jeep back with 0 updates from the dealer. Never returned a call, I always had to drive there to get updates. Sold the Wrangler less than a month later, it was embarrassing to drive. RUN from this dealer!

They lied to sell me the tires

I bought 4 new tires for my keep they said the promotion was buy 3 get 1 free plus free tires rotation for the life of the tires the first time they did rotated them for free the second time they charged me they said that promotion didn’t exist I showed them the receipt and they said they won’t be able to do it for free anymore So much more life time rotation free when buying new tires from them James is the name of the service rep who helped me Never will go there again I don’t recommend them they lied just to make a sale.

Didn't provide all info needed on delivery not returning calls when asked for that information long wait when appt made to get car took me 6 hours vehicle was not ready at appointed time

Thank you Mr Tucker you made my day I think your place needs to work on wait times for phone calls and customer service calls and delivery times I’m diabetic got up at 6am to get there for 9 waited as was put off over the hours told rutgren I needed to eat at 12 said they were getting food and told when leaving at 3 pm some was coming yeah I needed something a cracker granola bar the girl that was there doing orients with others in cars said she had a delivery and couldn’t help us we were there 6 hours there was plenty of time we were a delivery as well and we were not rude at all had to leave from finance office as passing a kidney stone total bad experience all around my x was a service manager till he retired my daughter has been a service writer for years still is in ct my kids live in ct so we got something to eat immediately and put gas in the car on way home that’s the worse I’ve ever had experience with your finance person was good I must say

Oh and most of all I wanted to keep my tires they said ok and switched them but I did not say I wanted the rims from old car but that’s what I got my old rims I asked mr ruetgren and he said that take all day well if someone can take 6 hours waiting I should have got my 2020 rims that were on that Jeep I bought he should send me those rims with money out of his pay cause that’s just NOT right at all !!
