Above and beyond what I expected from any dealer. Their support speaks volumes on how they really help customers, loved working with them and only wish other dealers took notes from these guys. Happy with my car, service I received, communication and most importantly I was treated like a person not a sale. Tony and the team couldn’t have done better, they are amazing at what they do.

Our recent purchase here was the smoothest by far of any used vehicle dealer. Tony was friendly and upfront about every aspect and shared their whole process, from acquisitions to sales. This was also one of the quickest transactions we’ve experienced. If ever a need, we’d definitely purchase from IQautos again.

This was the easiest car buying process I’ve ever had. They were helpful and accommodating! I was coming from out of town the buy the car and Tony helped me even though it was his day off to make sure everything was ready for when I arrived. The car was exactly like it was described online and they didn’t try any sleazy sales tactics. The whole process was a breeze!

very bad dealer , I'm disappointed . The "perfect car" eventually required repairs of 1/5 of its cost. They cheated on an additional guarantee that refused to cover my request. I broke the contract with a guarantee and for more than 1.5 months they have not returned 5000 to me and I pay %. Terrible deception in the face of Tony. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this dealer. They only want your money - all other problems do not bother them. Only they get money - they don't need you big ones.

What can I say… I came in lookin for a Tesla Model X specifically and Tony and his team made it happen! They gave me a great deal but what was more important to me was the service. I had been to 3 other dealerships that day and had deals within the same range but the service wasn’t up to par. Not only did tony beat every other price.. he also made sure he be every other dealership when it came to service and overall attentiveness. I knew there was no way I could walk out of that office without buying that Tesla from them!! If you’re wondering if this is the place to go stop wondering, go ahead! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Man this place is awesome. Ordered a 2019 BMW i3 yesterday and it was delivered to me today in Chicago. Tony is very efficient and super personable and professional. The car is spotless and beautiful. You won’t go wrong dealing with IQ. Awesome Customer Service. They rock.
