By far the best car buying experience ever! My husband and I went to test drive my car and we worked with Kevin at first. Kevin was awesome communicative... and very informative. When we came back to pick up my car we closed the deal with Matt. Matt picked up right were Kevin left off not missing a beat. Now that's team work. All my paper work was ready when I got there. I found IQ autos through different car sites. I was looking for a BMW X6 with low miles and the right price. I reached out to IQ autos and spoke with Kevin... and set up an appointment to come the next day to check out the BMW X6. When I arrived the next day to see the car , the car was not there it was at the BMW dealership getting the seat repaired in my head I was so surprised this dealership does not just sell you car. They make sure the car is like brand new. In the mean time Kevin let me test drive another BMW X6 which was another beautiful car , while he checked out my trade-in. After everything I almost didn’t get the car because the money that was needed to be put down for the car because of being upside down with my trade-in. I left the car lot feeling like I could not drive back home without that car. I reached out to my husband who gave me the go ahead to get the car I wanted. I went back to IQ autos and spoke with Kevin who by the way was very professional and patient with me even though I didn’t get the car when I first arrived. Kevin help me get the best deal so my payments would be comfortable for me. I received a great deal for my trade-in and I was able to drive off the lot in my new BMW X6, which was still under warranty. The guys at IQautos were super helpful. My credit union (IBM SECU) recommended that I go to IQautos for a BMW or Volvo, which were the two models I was... considering. I purchased my like-new 2016 Volvo XC90 from Tony and he made the buying process extremely easy. This was my first "large" car purchase all by myself and I must say it was a breeze. I received a great trade-in value and excellent financing too. IQautos is partnered with my credit union, so I didn't even have to go back and forth. I did my application online and Tony was kind enough to meet me at the Starbucks close to my house to do my paperwork!! I didn't have the car 6 mths and had to make several transmission repairs. Don't get a lemon like I did. Do your research. I was surprised that after... the great things the sales man said about the owners of the lot that this happened to me.

For the record, we were never reached out to for any assistance, advice, or help with the situation prior to this review. We had no idea of anything wrong with her vehicle and she had it for 6 months as mentioned in her review before having any issues. At the end of the day, we sell a lot of nice, quality pre-owned vehicles and we do our best to make sure they're in quality condition. Although I empathize with the clients situation, there was nothing wrong with this vehicle when we sold it and the client had it for 6 months before having any issues. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, the main reason this client was perturbed was because she bought a service contract / warranty from her credit union that did not cover the unexpected costs of repairs on her vehicle. As the end of our conversation, I told the client I would be on the lookout for a vehicle for her son and make sure she received a great value. She was receptive to our conversation and I reached out to her several more times to make sure she was happy. She even said she was going to talk to her husband to edit her review since none of this was our fault.
