    I am so disappointed, talked to 2 sales personnel (Duke and Noah), both initially responded and were very friendly than all of a sudden they stopped replying... or contacting me as I don't even exist. Very disrespectful and corporate culture I have witnessed, we were initially around $1200 apart, I bumped up my price and now we were I guess $47 or $147 apart and they were so stubborn in their attitude that they didn't even regarded that $47 savings of grocery were all left in the deal. Just show a good gesture its just a gas tank price. I even agreed on whatever they were asking and asked Noah to correct my address on the buyers' order so that I can get the check and drive 400 miles to get this car. He vanished, no reply. Very insulting attitude. I waited for their reply for a couple of days then said myself to go and get a car from a dealership where customers come first. Very insulting and inflexible corporate oriented dealership. All I can say shame on you, you preferred to save $47 over a customer. The most disturbing thing is I just saw they actually reduced the price on the car 2 days afterwards.

    First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different... days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...

    Bought a truck from here a few months ago and had a decent experience. Went in today to look at a used accord, went on a test drive and made an offer of... $1000 less than asking price on the car. The floor manager apparently didn’t like that so he threw a fit and wadded up the paper work and threw it in the floor and pointed to the door and screamed “bye” at us. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. We spoke to the upper management and they didn’t seem to care that he treated a repeat customer that way. Will never step foot in McLarty Honda again.

    I was highly satisfied with the efficiency in which Joe McCaig, and Matthew Jones had my airbags replaced, along with fixing both the air filter and drive... belt.  Plus, you get a free oil change if you download their app.

    I was in town and my AC went out. I called the service area and they told me to bring in my vehicle. After driving 30 minutes, I waited in line for 15... minutes while service employees just stood around. After someone came to talk to me, I explained that I had called and was told to bring in my vehicle. The employee gruffly explained that "we are too busy, there is no way I can even touch your vehicle today." I explained that I had called ahead and driven 30 minutes. No apology, just "we're too busy." Poorest customer service I have experienced and first 1 star review I have ever given.
