My wife and I have just recently completed our second buying relationship with the Findlay Honda Flagstaff group. I have been on this earth for 80 years:... during 74 of those years I have had multiple experiences with automobile acquisitions and related service in a myriad of cities and states. The experience of purchasing and servicing an automobile has never been as humane, stress-free, and simply pleasant as working with Tom Browning and the other sales associates at Findlay Honda. Every employee, from sales personnel, to the business executives, the PR representative, and the operations staff for completing the forms: each make you feel truly welcomed. I have lived and purchased automobiles in several large metropolitan cities and would NEVER go to them again. In 2015, I was visiting my girlfriend in Williams, Az, coming from Gloversville, NY I had just gone through a tough divorce. I was looking in NY for a... new vehicle but was getting a run around. My gitlrirbd needd an oil change before our road trip. While we were waiting she introduced me to Randy. As we got talking the conversation turned to my frustration with trying to purchase a new car. 2 hrs later: Randy was working on getting me into a brand new RAV4. 4 hrs later...... we were signing a contact and he got me into a brand new 2015 Rav limited Edition. Had the vehicle transported to NY at my job site, took my Kia Sportage in return and hold on......... there???s more to this. He also sent my girlfriend and I on an all expense paid steak dinner(it was sooooo delicious!!!!!). So, it gets even better.......so we have kept in contact of the past 3 years on and off through Facebook. Just last week I was back in Flagstaff and reaching out to hiim. I asked him to meet us for breakfast and lo and behold He was able to meet me. It was a wonderful reunion and a continuous friendship for which I am grateful!! Thank you Randy!!! Findlay Honda got my dream car to me all the way in Colorado, and with incredible kindness and professionalism. I have been searching for a specific 2019... Honda Fit for four months now, and none were coming to Colorado. I discovered the exact car I wanted at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff, AZ, but when my local Honda dealer declined to make a dealer trade happen, I lost hope of getting my dream car (especially since the Honda Fit factory in Mexico flooded recently). Then Scott Trent at Findlay entered the picture. He let me know that I could buy directly from Findlay and that he would arrange the 700+ mile transport at a cost I could afford. Scott worked with me to ensure I got the exact accessories I wanted (e.g., all-weather floor mats, door edge guards, cargo tray), that the price was fair (better than the local no-haggle Honda dealer offered!), and that the process was incredibly smooth, considering it all happened over the phone. Donna put together all of the paperwork and was incredibly organized and quick getting it to me. 6 days after the last of the paperwork was signed, my dream car arrived at my house. Scott was available and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, made sure it arrived okay, and has been willing to answer my post-delivery questions. I am so impressed with Findlay. Scott treated me like I was ordering a custom Lamborghini even though I was getting one of the least expensive cars they sell. I am incredibly happy with my new car and so grateful to Findlay Honda.

I leased a 2015 CRV and was ready for a change. My husband also needed a new car to better fit the flagstaff terrain and weather. We ended up leasing a... new vehicle and purchasing another one. The process was very long, but despite the time, we had all out needs met and everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
