My wife and I have just recently completed our second buying relationship with the Findlay Honda Flagstaff group. I have been on this earth for 80 years:... during 74 of those years I have had multiple experiences with automobile acquisitions and related service in a myriad of cities and states. The experience of purchasing and servicing an automobile has never been as humane, stress-free, and simply pleasant as working with Tom Browning and the other sales associates at Findlay Honda. Every employee, from sales personnel, to the business executives, the PR representative, and the operations staff for completing the forms: each make you feel truly welcomed. I have lived and purchased automobiles in several large metropolitan cities and would NEVER go to them again. Salesman Jeff James was a patient person. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, answered my questions about each vehicle I was interested... in and offered me some suggestions. Jeff guided me to the vehicles I expressed an interested in, allowed me to test drive them and explained all the feature and functions of each vehicle. Jeff also explained the differences between each vehicles trim package. Jeff Allowed me to make up my mind without any pressure of having to buy a vehicle that day. Jeff did suggest I sit down and get a quote for the CRV EXL with the color of my choice. I did and was pleased with the price and the interest rate Kirk Pennybaker provided me. The color I chose was not on the lot so Jeff had the vehicle brought in from a sister dealership. We did have a slight issue with the driver seat and all was taken care of by Jacob Lundie. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I was driving 240Z since 1973. Love affair on first sight, a relationship I cherished. Recently it all ended; destroyed. I needed a car. I could not, unreasonable... as the feeling was, see myself driving anything but....Automatic? "Ew"! I read in AAA magazine about Honda Civic Coupe, decided to give it a try and called Flagstaff Findlay Honda. Shelby Eaton, sales, responded, e-mailing one existing option. Understanding that the used model is hard to find, I was chewing on it for days, being in an iffy state of mind; procrastinating. Moreover, still burdened by the loss of the Z, not in mood for shopping, always prejudiced against lawyers and salespeople, I knew I was a difficult customer. To counteract my shortcomings I asked my friend and his wife (the retired car shop owners) to join me when I finally made the appointment with Mr. Eaton. Shelby, an easy going, knowledgeable young fellow, set a relaxed tone at the onset, generous with his time; not full of himself and Flagstaff Findlay Honda's exceptionalism; a fine combination of nonchalance and business. Midway thru' our conversation he suggested that we meet the Sales Manager; Mr. Randy Waites, a man of serious demeanor at the beginning, very concise in his presentation and his suggestions, displayed, as we proceeded, a talent of listening to my unspoken hesitations and disagreements, as we continued into detailed points. I was glad my friends came along. When noticing my tension, they connected with Randy through humor and with easiness, which Randy, with his sagacity, picked-up like a pro. All the barriers in me, the prejudice, the bag I brought with me, were thus neutralised. From there on, business, sprinkled with humor and goodwill, was fluid. The car was brought from Nevada at Findlay's expense,the next day. All three of us returned, test-drove, etc. paid, said our goodbyes ,and drove away in my automatic ("ew"!}. In closing. I lost my Z, yes. But also some of the prejudice I came burdened with, thanks to the two professionals, I had pleasure to deal with at Flagstaff Findlay Honda. .

Dylan and Randy were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to help us get what we were looking for. They were honest, but flexible, which helped us... feel comfortable with the deal. After going to three other dealerships and test driving Toyota???s and Subaru???s. I went home and did more research and learned about how The CRV was... one of the top rated SUV in it???s class. I decided to look at one at Findlay Honda where I met a very nice and knowledgeable salesman named Dylan. I really appreciated his no pressure, but very helpful style of letting me decide what car I wanted. Dylan was able to answer every question that I had (And there were MANY) Buying this car was actually a very good experience. Thanks Dylan! Best car buying experience I have had. No pressure, very friendly easy to work with. Answered all my questions and didnt push me into another vehicle... I did not like. Very honest, no games and very helpful. And I appreciate j was able to go home and think the deal over without any pressure.
