We were driving from Scottsdale to Colorado (through Flagstaff) when our the transmission began to overheat. It was mid-day and over 100 degrees. We... called and spoke to Kyle, who indicated it would not be a problem, but that we needed to stop driving for 15 minutes to cool the transmission. He said he would ensure he got us taken care of the same day as long as we got there. We followed his instructions and made it to the dealership. He was a pleasure to deal with.
My wife and I have just recently completed our second buying relationship with the Findlay Honda Flagstaff group. I have been on this earth for 80 years:... during 74 of those years I have had multiple experiences with automobile acquisitions and related service in a myriad of cities and states. The experience of purchasing and servicing an automobile has never been as humane, stress-free, and simply pleasant as working with Tom Browning and the other sales associates at Findlay Honda. Every employee, from sales personnel, to the business executives, the PR representative, and the operations staff for completing the forms: each make you feel truly welcomed. I have lived and purchased automobiles in several large metropolitan cities and would NEVER go to them again. Findlay Honda has a small town feel with a highly professional and competent caring staff who really practice customer service at its highest level.

I was driving cross country from Palm Springs, California on 6/22/2020. At approximately 11:30 am as I was exiting from I-40 to fill up with fuel, warnings... of the dash of my Acura TLX started flashing. I had no idea what was happening and I started to panic. I pulled into the parking lot of Napa Auto Parts to try to figure out what to do next. I went into the store and inquired if there is an Acura dealership in Flagstaff. A salesman told me that there was no Acura dealership but Findlay Honda was about 5 miles away. After I made sure that the car was safe to drive, I slowly drove to Findlay Honda. The service representative assisted me right away. Since I had no appointment, he informed me that it may be close to 4 hours before a technician would be able to check my car! It seemed like a long wait but I was glad that at least the car would be checked out that day. While waiting, the salesman kept me informed of the progress. I was extremely glad when he returned after about 2 hours of waiting to tell me that the problem was resolved and that the car was going to be ready in a few minutes. I resumed my journey with no problems encountered along the way. I was able to get to my destination and back to Palm Springs safely. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the great service that I received. If it had not been for Findlay Honda, I would have not been able to continue my journey to visit family in St. Louis, MO. Thank you Findlay Honda.
Friendly service without haggling. I originally planned to drive down the mountain to a Phoenix Dealership with more options. But I'm glad I didn't.
Super sweet salesman! Gave me an amazing deal on a CRV. The finance guys were honest, up-front, and personable. Everyone was eager to help and made the... entire experience very enjoyable. Building was evidently clean and everyone was wearing masks! 10/10 would recommend Bryson to any friends looking into buying a Honda!
I used to post 5 star reviews for this dealership, but not anymore. The last two times I have brought my Honda in for service, it has been dreadful. ... My car was under warranty and they said they couldn't fix it because of some kind of software problem at Honda. They reminded me several times that Honda was the problem not them. Apparently they want to be on the Honda team when they sell you a car, but they want a divorce from Honda when something goes wrong. They did offer to sell me the parts so I could repair my car myself. Yes, i said it correctly; the car is under factory Honda warranty. I drove 320 miles, after telling them what was wrong and making the appointment. Too bad, I was told; they're not responsible for where I live. They did everything but laugh at me and tell me to leave. What good is a Honda warranty if the dealer won't honor it?
Sorry we were not able to complete your service on the day of your appointment. We are hoping to have the diagnostic software updated very soon. Then... we can properly diagnose your tire pressure monitor and get it reprogrammed and paid by your warranty.
Findlay Honda is one of those rare dealerships that goes above and beyond for their customer. As a Honda owner for 16 years, I have traveled extensively... with my 2004 CRV across the United States, and have had it serviced at dozens of Honda dealerships. In my honest opinion, this dealership stands out as the nations best. The staff at Findlay Honda are genuine people who only want to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Dylan Beamer was just exceptional. He was in constant contact with me regarding the issue, constant contact with the Honda dealership in North Carolina that had mishandled the same issue a year earlier, as well as the national auto parts retailer responsible for the faulty component. This was an issue that took a month's time to resolve, an issue that Findlay had to repair due to previous error. Dylan was relentless in his assistance so that I wouldn't be held financially responsible. I've not found this level of customer attention and care at any other dealership in my 223,000 miles. I can't thank Dylan and the team at Findlay Honda enough. Because of their diligence, I was able to have my car ready and serviced with the issue entirely resolved, in time for me to make a 2500 mile trip to the east coast. This dealership values their customers unlike any other and are trustworthy and reliable. Truly the best Honda dealership I have ever been to in the United States. I am incredibly grateful for all of their help
I have purchased many new vehicles in my life. Like most people I avoid high pressure mind game dealerships. The most horrible in recent memory was a... GM dealership in Flagstaff. I could not stand to return to that dealership when it came time to purchase a new vehicle. Instead, I walked into Findlay Honda in Flagstaff and had a positive and relatively straightforward experience. This sales staff all the way up was calm, easy to talk with, clean cut, and no one had tatoos. We negotiated the purchase, I did not have to play the waiting game, and no one attempted to corner me in an office space to play mind games. Nice! Scott Trent was our sales rep. I was pleased with his performance. I will most likely return to Findaly Honda for another purchase.
We had an excellent experience with the test drives and purchase of our new Honda insight. Everyone was friendly and professional. All the paperwork was... handled in the minimum time necessary. I would highly recommend Scott and the rest of the staff at Findlay Honda Flagstaff.
