Service advisor was very professional. Clearly communicated what service was provided. Efficiently managed my time. Answered all of my questions. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant. I had a very pleasant experience and will be back.

You can't go wrong here!

You can't go wrong here! Dealer is straightforward, honest, and friendly. Staff was personable and knowledgeable. Paperwork was prepped and ready to sign when I arrived which made the experience quick and easy! Happy to support our local dealership!

The sales staff was responsive, courteous, professional

The sales staff was responsive, courteous, professional and very straight forward. They took time answering our questions and kept working with us as we considered several different cars and took time to make the decision. They were trustworthy and willing to negotiate, and were straightforward when they couldn't negotiate any further. They didn't try anything tricky. I look forward to going back to Findlay Honda for my next car purchase.

Don't ever ever go there.

Don't ever ever go there. Worse place to buy a car. My car started to fall apart 15 days after I got it, no help at all.
