If you live in sc don’t buy from them. 90 days after cash purchase they tell us WE need to transfer the registration!!!!! NOT ok. Not first car we purchased in GA where THEY did the transfer. WE were not told our job to do transfer at time of purchase

My wife and I scheduled a warranty replacement for a fuel

My wife and I scheduled a warranty replacement for a fuel pump in our CRV for the morning of December 12, 2024 at 0800 and that the repair would take all-day. The employee scheduling the appointment was then told that we would need a loaner car. She told us that we could not reserve one, but we should get there early as the loaner cars were first come, first served. We arrived at the service entrance at 0720 and were the third occupied vehicle approached by the service attendants. When we inquired about the loaner car, we were told that none were available this morning. The service attendant told us that we should gave called around 5pm the previous evening to insure that loaner cars were available. It would have been helpful had the employee scheduling the service call informed us that there was a chance there would be NO LOANER CARS AT ALL AVAILABLE. xxxx poor communication and customer service resulting in a complete waste of our time this morning.

My son's 2024 civic has been twice for his recommended,

My son's 2024 civic has been twice for his recommended, prepaid oil changes. With an appointment the first took 2 hours, today took 3 hours. They simply don't care because they presell the service. DO NOT BUY IT

The detail manager Steve.

The detail manager Steve. Practically got ran out of town at the old dealership in Michigan. And is up to his old tricks in Georgia. Watch your women. He has a tendency to chase after women even tho he is married.

This is unfortunate to say about Granger Honda at Chattam

This is unfortunate to say about Granger Honda at Chattam pkwy. The service department has unprofessional staff. Their manager Brandon, is not aware of anything. By all means, so far I seen managers replaced many times. Brandon is a racist person. He look at the person, his dressing, and how that person speaks English. Brandon underestimated me. I’m a professional and veteran who served our country. At this dealership, the service department will break your vehicle and won’t accept their fault. I personally would not recommend you or anyone to take their vehicle for any type of service. Even though if you have brand new vehicle, they will not care. The service department will wait until your warranty expires and then tell you that, now you are right. You have to pay out of pocket. This place is the worst place. To buy a new vehicle NO COMMENTS but try somewhere else.

Terrible Customer service, unprofessional tones from the

Terrible Customer service, unprofessional tones from the parts and tag registration Department. I will never buy a car from here again. Ok salesman but it's after you sign those papers how you are treated. It's sad!! Like I didn't receive my all weather rugs for my car and my tag situation was handled wrong and they are just so unorganized.

I bought a brand new Honda and my tire pressure warning

I bought a brand new Honda and my tire pressure warning was on after 2 days, the tire pressure in the back tires were 45psi This could have caused a wreck with injuries or death, they do not care about the customer!!!! They only want your money

The service at Grainger Honda is the best I have ever

The service at Grainger Honda is the best I have ever experienced. The last visit was for by 6 month AutoButler application. MY service assistant was outstanding; his name is Hayden Lewis Clark. And this is the third car that I have purchased from Grainger Honda. Enough said.
