Terrific experience - made it as easy as possible. I purchased on a weekday, so that may have helped. Boch Honda's large inventory was definitely a plus -- got exactly the car I wanted. Chris was super helpful.

Not only did Tom handle all the paperwork for me, he went out of his way to meet my husband for a signature. Made sure the car was Registered and had the inspection sticker ready before I even went there. Then he helped me move my stuff to my new car from my old in the pouring rain. I work in an insurance agency and have to work with many dealers in my work area (Cambridge) I got a great deal in Norwood and they were on top of everything. I hear lots of nightmare stories from my customer but I didn't have anything but good from Boch. No shady dealings, no answers just to make me happy. Straight talk. The negotiations were done through email with Anthony Simeone and the numbers were exactly what he quoted me. Not the same with a Nissan dealer just the day before.

My wife and I had previously leased a Honda Pilot from...

My wife and I had previously leased a Honda Pilot from Boch, and as our lease was coming due decided to test drive the 2012 Pilot this past Sunday (with all 3 young boys in tow). We were met at the door by Jose Mendes, who in a very friendly and helpful manner listened to our objectives and concerns, and then went to work on several solutions. Within an hour we had agreed to a new Pliot lease, for approximately the same monthly payment as our older model, with the only money out of pocket being the first paayment plus incidentals. Finance Manager Hayden Ali, working with Boch Advisor Tom Grover, quickly arranged for acceptable financial terms. My wife then drove home that afternoon with a new Pilot, for 2008 dollars. I had such a good experience working with Jose and his Team that we spent the next 1.5 hours working on trading my 2003 Pilot in for the 2010 Honda CrossTour. I too drove home in a new car. As a sales prfessional and father of 3, I would strongly recommend Boch Honda to any of my friends, family and clients. Bob Whelan Needham MA

I cannot say enough great things bout both Sean and...

I cannot say enough great things bout both Sean and Patty's diligence, follow up, communication and outstanding attitude. They took a potential problem that escalated after opening up the car and dealt with it in a highly professional manor. I was pressed for time leaving on vacation the next day after service and they prioritized for me and also provided me with a rental for business meetings I had that day. I currently manage a company with over 300 employees and truley appreciate and understand the value of customer service. I would recommend these two employee's and the entire service team that worked on my vehicle to anyone!!

Couldn't be happier with getting a car! John D. had a great idea of what i was looking for and getting a car was quick and painless. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a car within a few hours from the minute I walked in. Price was great also. I highly recommend John D. and Boch Honda. I was very pleased with how smoothly it all went.
