Brian Byington at Ron Bouchard was extremely friendly and helpful when I came in shopping for a new vehicle. Everytime I came back after a test drive he asked me and my mom what we liked and what we didn't like. He had other vehicles ready to drive with the options we were looking for. Thank you for listening to what the customer is saying and reading between the lines. This is the place to go to be listened to. They never try to sell you something you dont need. The waiting area is clean and the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to purchase and they truly want you to love what you buy!

There was no pressure to buy or do anything I didn't want to do, and he was a straight shooter. Very honest and upfront about things, which i appreciated. Leasing a new car was a breeze; dealing with purchasing the vehicle after lease end was a nightmare with Kia. Absolutely horrible customer service, lack of timely processing and total disregard for the customer. I know the dealer doesn’t handle the transaction (everything is done through Kia Finance) but once we indicated we’d rather purchase than re-lease, they wanted nothing to do with us. Not helpful at all…..and this transaction took a total is 2 MONTHS to complete! Will never deal with these folks again even though we absolutely love the car (and we’ll definitely buy another one…..at another dealer!

Best Car Experience! Dillon made everything so easy! It is a very sterile looking place but it is very warm, inviting and trusting! From the moment I first contacted them to driving off with my Dream Car, I never felt that car dealer... you walk out feeling ugh even though you just bought a car. They should have a Welcome Home sign or floor mat when you walk in the door. I would recommend anyone and everyone to have them help you through a car purchase! I actually brought Jennifer, who handles the registration a bit of the bubbly as a thank you for all of her hard work! The car had a full tank of gas, was detailed, inspected and was waiting out front so when I drove in, it looked so Beautiful! Before I left Dillon made sure I understood all of the features and if I had any questions. All I can say is EVERYONE was Great!
