The service manager’s standard response over the last
The service manager’s standard response over the last eight years (90,000) mile extended warranty has been, “that’s not covered by the warranty”. I needed to go to the dealership manager on more than one occasion to check/verify coverage. I do not recommend using this service as they are habitually dishonest. The service manager’s name is Warren. I have purchased vehicles since the 90s. I will not return to Victory Honda, nor would I recommend them.

Service Advisor Hayder was fantastic to deal with.
Service Advisor Hayder was fantastic to deal with. He was able to get us in the same day and prevented us from paying unnecessary repair fees that another, less honest repair shop suggested. I plan to request his assistance for future oil changes and maintenance.
