Had an excellent car buying experience at Lynnwood Honda. Salesman, John Chung, was quick to respond to my inquiries and answered all my questions openly and honestly. I did not feel pressured to buy, which was a concern from past experiences at other places, making car buying very stressful. The customer service was extraordinary and I am very happy with the previously owned car that I purchased. I will recommend Lynnwood Honda to friends.

We had a great experience working with Jules and Gabe at Lynnwood Honda! We purchased a 2020 CR-V Hybrid Touring and they were very informative about the car, pricing and financing options. They kindly held the specific car we wanted for 3 days while we sold our old car and worked out the insurance coverage. Jules even came in on her day off to complete the sale with us and she went over all of the important safety features of the car before we drove it off the lot. We plan to get our car serviced here and will happily refer our friends to Lynnwood Honda.

I felt compelled to share my personal heart warming story of the (RAK) random act of kindness I received at Lynnwood Honda, from Keith sales Mgr. and other staff. I owned a Honda Ridgeline from a different dealership for less than a year, when I realized my brake light was filling with water and non functional, I was afraid to drive my truck . Reached out to dealership it was purchased at, they would not help me. Last week I phoned Lynnwood Honda, asking questions about my brake light. Strapped for cash, since COVID began, I was attempting to repair it myself after asking Keith if there was caulking I could use to seal it with, Keith asked me, with no explanation, if I could make it to his location in about 30 min., I, still in my pj’s got dressed and headed there. Right away Keith offered me to sit inside and have coffee while waiting, short time later Keith told me my tail light was non repairable and he ordered a new t.l. assembly, and it would be there in a couple days. I quietly told him, I did not have the funds for this, he told me not to worry about it. Through my COVID mask, with tears in my eyes, I asked how I could ever repay his kindness, he said if I’d like to leave a revue that would be sufficient. I would get a call in a couple days when the part came in. That call came yesterday, I came there and they immediately got to work, in no time at all it was finished, a shiny new working tail light. What a complete random act of generosity and kindness from total strangers, at a time that is so uncertain. Just want to add, I am also a senior citizen, and during these uncertain times, my faith in perfect strangers and humanity has been uplifted. In addition to Keith Sales Mgr., the wonderful staff I had the privilege to meet who were equally kind, Roxy, Internet Sales, Gabe Mgr. and Jonah,Product Specialist. I most definitely will refer anyone and everyone shopping for their next vehicle to Lynnwood Honda and the entire awesome staff. If you can’t trust someone who reaches out to another in need, who can you trust? Thank you all at Lynnwood Honda.

I worked with Jules on my purchase of my new 2020 Clarity. I was initially looking at the CR-V Hybrid, but the Clarity was just sitting there, begging me to drive it. I left a happy customer and next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll be back. Unlike some other dealerships I dealt with while looking for my retirement ride, Lynnwood Honda was simple and easy to deal with; very knowledgeable about the products, no high pressure, no "I have to talk with my manager." Jules was personable and highly motivated to get me into the right vehicle for me.

Jules was a fabulous salesperson- very attentive and the opposite of pushy. Peter in finance was great too. Enjoyed the level of care they both offered. Wish I saw more women in car sales, as the experience is way smoother without the pandering and patronizing I’ve experienced in the past.

All of my needs and wants were addressed. No pressure to buy. Just a smooth and easy transaction! I was treated like an actual person who was making an investment for my family!
