Internet purchase
I am extremely satisfied with the professional, non-stressfull process of buying a vehicle at this dealership (largely via the internet). I ended up at Community Honda after a very unsatisfying experience with a competitor. The fact that this dealership is not a "mega size" dealer in my view surely contributed to this pleasant experience, but the sales employees I dealt with, Mr. Alan Garcia and Ms. Gutierrez, proved to me that, particularly for Mr. Garcia with his quiet demeanor, that there are indeed customer-oriented professionals out there too.

Community Honda Baytown Review
On my first review I submitted a bad review. My perspective has changed. Chris Torres Community Honda manager called me and explained the 02 Sensor and Catalytic Converter situation and option I have. I made a bad mistake by sending a bad review and I am sorry.I have been going to Community Honda for 14 years and I really like the good service they do provide and the knowledgeable Service Personnel they have like Carlos and especially Chris Torres. I now understand that the genuine Honda parts last a long time and that is why they are a little high priced. I have 30,000 miles on my Honda Civic and as long as I have had my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid I am definitely going to Community Honda Baytown Dealership to get my Honda Civic serviced. Hopefully I can make it to 50,000 miles.
