We were traveling back to Cincinnati and our 2008 van broke down. Sid and the entire team immediately diagnosed the problem, had the alternator in stock... and replaced it. I was shocked that our problem was prioritized so quickly. They certainly were there when we needed them. One of the customer service managers even walked out in the rain and gave me an umbrella when our van first arrived on the tow truck. We were back on the road that night and made it home safely. Thanks again.

Never reset the TPMS and nicked 3 rims on a new car. The nicked rims was the worst part, but while driving the next day the low tire pressure warning went... off even though pressures were good
My son worked very hard to save for his first vehicle, and was so excited when he found a used Jeep at Rusty Wallace Honda. We added some money to his... savings in order to help him get something that we felt would be a good, dependable, safe vehicle. We did not take a warranty. This was a 2008 Jeep with 129,000 miles and a warranty would have made the payments unaffordable for him. I understand that was completely our choice. However, one would not expect the transmission to completely break down FOUR DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. They charged my son $3100 more to fix the transmission on a Jeep he hadn’t had but four days. It’s disappointing when big companies treat customers this way. Our son learned a lesson early about car dealerships with no ethics, and we learned who not to purchase a vehicle from ever again.

Was on vacation and got a warning message. Junior Teffeteller got me in first thing next day. The fix took an hour and was back on the road. So glad... I was able get the quick fix and back to my vacation.
I sent my daughter there to purchase a new CRV. No one would help her purchase a vehicle . Everyone just blames everybody else and it appears to me that... all the salesman care about is their commissions.
