We had an amazing experience working with Landon! He was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Even though the car we originally came in for was no longer available, he went above and beyond to help us find another vehicle that ended up being a perfect fit. He made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and enjoyable. We never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, and committed to helping you find the right car!

I appreciated how well communication was and that Landon was willing to have numbers ready for me before I drove 50 minutes to the dealership. I would highly recommend going here.

Alex and the other folks at Rusty Wallace Honda (Brad and Jake) were incredible. I came in at 7pm on a thursday evening and they stayed with me until 10pm to make sure i was taken care of. No pressure, good negotiations, and a good deal on my dream truck. You could tell Alex truly cared about making sure I was comfortable with everything because I admitted it was my first time buying a car. He was exceptional and so was Brad, who really took the time to make sure I understood everything on the finance side. Thanks guys!

I was originally interested in a car that was not at their physical location. I was reluctant to swap to a completely different model when the sales manager asked if I would change models. I declined. So I swapped to a different Accord. No big deal. I took delivery of the used dealer car and it was missing a second key and the owners manuals. Paige found them and gave them to me a week later. The car did not have any gas in it when I took delivery. I had to fill it up when I left the lot. That seemed unusual for a Honda dealership. The car with only 8500 miles had deep smudges and a marker stain in the overhead which their detail department missed when preparing to sale the car. I will have to pay someone detail the car. I’ve owned 10 Hondas, 5 brand new and 5 used and this has been the most unusual experience I’ve ever had with a new car dealer. I thought going used and saving a few thousand would be a decent move but I’m second guessing that choice. Lack of attention to detail is a problem across the board.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alex Sutherland in sales regarding the purchase of a 2026 CR-V Touring Hybrid Sport. Alex introduced me to Mike (Used Car Manager) and Brad (Finance) I had a trade and Mike gave me exactly what I was expecting for my vehicle which was a fair offer. Alex was exceptionally professional, respectful, and above all kind. No pressure whatsoever in the purchase of my CR-V either from Alex or Mike. The buying process was easy and smooth. I highly recommend Rusty Wallace for a New or Used vehicle purchase.

Easy experience. Michael McGuiness is a fine salesman, giving me insights on the Civic I didn’t have. When the weather was threatening to turn bad the weekend I was coming to finalize the deal, they had a driver deliver my car to my work 190 miles away ! Now that’s service. My only complaint was no manual in glovebox, but if the dealership can’t find one, Honda will send one free. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Shoutout to Alex Sutherland at Rusty Wallace Honda for making buying a car feel less like a hostage negotiation and more like hanging out with competent adults who actually know what they’re doing. Alex was patient, honest, and somehow answered all my questions without doing that weird sales voice. No pressure, no nonsense, no “let me talk to my manager” marathon. Just straight-up good vibes and solid communication from start to finish. And the whole crew at Rusty Wallace Honda? Absolute pros. Friendly, efficient, and shockingly smooth for a car dealership — which feels borderline mythical, but I’ll allow it. Drove off happy, confident, and still liking everyone involved. That’s rare air. If you’re looking for a car and want the process to be painless, ask for Alex Sutherland. 10/10. Would (and definitely will) buy again. Might even scream “RIDE ON RUSTY” when I drive by.
