The salesman was very accommodating. We test drove at least 4-5 cars and he showed me all the features of each. He took his time and made sure I was completely satisfied by every person I met. Honestly, I wasn’t planning on buying a car that day, I was just looking. But after the experience I had, how could I say “no”! I would absolutely recommend Rusty Wallace Honda to anyone!

I was in the middle of a roadtrip with my son, when I ran
I was in the middle of a roadtrip with my son, when I ran over a truck tire and it had ripped the engine shield from the bottom of my car half off. I stopped by Rusty Wallace (as it was only a couple miles away). When I told them the story, they immediately helped me, took the shield entirely off, didn't ask for payment, just showed me their southern hospitality of prompt courtesy service. I can not thank them enough. They really helped me get back on the road and finish the Roadtrip that my son and I will remember for many years. Thanks again to the entire staff at Rusty Wallace. I owe you one.

Me and my wife bought a car from there, the turn signal
Me and my wife bought a car from there, the turn signal needed repair and they assured us it would be an easy process and they would fix. They said the salesman would call and get with us on setting up an appointment. We called for 2 weeks and finally got an appointment. Then it took 4 days for them to fix with very little communication through the whole process. xxxx poor service department
