We bought a new 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring in April. First of all, this is an AMAZING car that punches way above its price point. But more importantly, the staff here was fantastic. Pierce, Daniel, Mark, Shane, and Jeff all worked together beautifully to make it happen effortlessly for us. We could not be more pleased. In fact, the experience was so great that I joined their sales team! Once again, I could not be happier in working with this devoted group of people. We had a stellar experience at Hendrick Honda of Charleston! Joe Sotis was friendly and personable, which calmed my car-buying friend’s nerves. Everyone worked together to accomplish a tricky deal. Many thanks to desk manager, Mark Groetsch, and F&I managers, Sam Patel and Nick Buchanan. I knew these guys were the best, and they didn’t disappoint. I’ll be back when it’s my turn to buy!

Excellent. The recall was completed, and an issue with the glove compartment was fixed. My service advisor was outstanding. He explained both the current work and recommended future work.

My experience was not the greatest, I had a service

My experience was not the greatest, I had a service advisor that was condescending and rude. My phone alerted me that my invoice was ready, so I went to the advisor named Gary Cormann and he said very rudely your car is not ready, then I said can I pay why we waited and he talked to me like I was some young child.

The Service Department was professional and courteous.

The Service Department was professional and courteous. I had an issue with a tire and it was handled with in 90 minutes of my arrival. The facility was clean and comfortable.
