The worst service that I’ve ever seen
I had a service appointment and it still took me 3 hours to have my windshield wipers to be re inspected. The state inspection fee is $61.95 there and they still want you to change/replace parts that can pass the inspection.

SCAMMERS!
Rorich must be paying people to post positive reviews, because it wasn’t long ago that they barely had two stars. Anyway – the point of this review is to WARN other buyers of the scam this dealership runs. I leased a Honda CRV. When it came time to fill out the papers, I asked why we weren’t using Honda to finance instead of US Bank, of which I’ve never heard of. My husband and I have been getting Honda’s for over 10 years and every dealership, MINUS RORICH, used Honda. Well, the dealership and financing company are clearly in cahoots together because US Bank came out to “inspect” my vehicle before turning it in and managed to find hundreds of dollars’ worth of “damage” I must now pay out of pocket for. They cited rock chips as being part of the damage. When you lease through Honda, Honda gives you $500 toward any damage, or a $1,000 if you get another Honda. Now we actually owe! AND, the price owed on the car after three years is the same as the sticker price! It didn’t go down at all. The dealership we used in the past was out of CRV’s which is why we ended up with these scammers to begin with. When we contacted our salesman from past purchases, he informed us that both our salesman from Rorich, as well as their finance manager, had both been fired from his dealership. That was no surprise considering their behavior after water started leaking in the driver’s side window one day after we got the car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We will NEVER buy another HONDA again. EVER! Since both my husband and I each had our own Honda for the past 10 years, they lost a good customer. SCAMMERS!

Great car horrible horrible dealership service.
Worst dealer service I’ve had in over 30 years. They can’t even handle the basic stuff. Took it to another dealership because this one told me they are short handed and my warranty is almost out so they couldn’t get me an appointment for over a month which would render my warranty void. So I called to see what we could do and they basically said tough luck you’ll have to find another dealer and then hung up on me. Amazingly the other dealer had an appointment only 3 days out and also told me they were short handed. This dealership has been a nightmare from the first visit to the last visit. Too many things to list that falls way short of the Honda I grew up knowing. I wouldn’t take a car for free from here if I had to have it serviced here forever. I’d give -5 stars if I could. Love Honda vehicles, can’t say the same for this dealership. When I was told call another dealership I thought how about another manufacturer.

Not Good Enough
We have purchased several Hondas from this Shadyside location. The last Accord hybrid we purchased one month ago. Marcus (salesman) was excellent but upon closing the sale, we were informed they had only one key for our vehicle at that time and would get the other immediately. It has been a month. We even had an appointment to pick up the key and the service department had no key or any record of a request for one. This is just incompetence. We never had these issues with Valley Honda. I will likely go there next Honda purchase.
