I sent my wife to get an oil change on our CRV with 20k

I sent my wife to get an oil change on our CRV with 20k miles. The people told her we needed the rear diff fluid changed and charged her 200 bucks to do so. The entire visit was 275 dollars. They also tried to make get an alignment on car with no alignment issues. Crooked, will not return.

I have no experience buying a car here.

I have no experience buying a car here. Have used the service dept for years. They always do a good job, my only complaint is the cost. My car is older now and I’ve started taking it to independent shops for major maintenance and repairs for this reason - I can save anywhere from 30 to 50% on the cost by doing so, although I have to say genuine Honda parts always past longer.
