Horrible communication and service
Service is terrible, they promised they will get me a seat for my car and 5 years later still waiting. No communication and when I call excuses change every month.

Bait and switched purchase
Went to dealer for a 0 down sign and drive promo. Brought an amazing trade in that they sold for around 10k. They gave me $5500 for the car, which was ok, because it would either reduce the car payment or get me a check. They paid off my car loan and that left me approx $3600. What they did tho was took my $3600 and used it as a security down and kept all the money from my trade, raised the car payment $5 and sent me on my way. It took me a few days to figure out what happened because I had a stroke a few years ago. It will cost them 3 family member customers for that one.
